Trip Type: Not Provided Review 1 of 17Needs Improvement
Bed was hard and uncomfortable, no blanket. Orange stains on the floor. Didnot sleep. I put a chair in front of the door. Start itching immediatly. Start to check out and go to another hotel, i was waiting for someone to pick me up who was traveling 200 hundred miles. So i decided to weigh it out.

The description is not what you get. The hotel is hard to get to, out dated and the staff can care less about your stay. Check out is 12:00 and a maid just walks in at 745am no knocks just hello. The breakfast was a joke, stale bread, cereal and a hard boiled egg. When we went to check out they just staired at us like we were interupting them. I sujest staying at the Ramada across from the hwy.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 3 of 17Not as advertised
Nice location and near the airport....also the rate was the cheapest I found, but the hotel was not as nice as advertised. Also the lighting was sub-standard in the rooms, breakfast could have been much better, the towels were very rough, the rooms were small with old appliances. The entire hotel was very uncomfortable. The hallways were dark and old looking, like an old middle school. There were no elevators to get to rooms, just a lot of walking. Room service walked in on our room at 9am our first night after barely knocking once. Overall, this hotel was nothing like advertised. I am writing this now because I waited for the person checking us out to ask how our stay was......and that never happened. She just said "you're done"

Trip Type: Business Review 5 of 17OK for the money
I guess you get what you pay for. The room was inexpensive but the hotel is old and outdated. The free breakfast was not that great either.

Hotel was very convenient to the airport and the check in clerk was very friendly. However, the pillows on the bed were rock hard and there wasn't additional bedding on the beds. Only quilt and sheet, nothing in between. Once arriving home we had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle because the conceriege was very rushed as to where we were supposed to wait.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 9 of 17about the right room for the money
1. somewhat tricky to find the entrance, not recommended if you drive and arrive in late night. 2. clean and comfort is ok if you are not too picky (for the money you pay) 3. free breakfast and WiFi are great bonus.

Trip Type: Business Review 10 of 17Adequate...
The power went out in one section of the hotel--no hot water, no electricity. The rest was fine! I think it was the electrical service, not a power outage. The approach to the hotel is hard to follow...a long, winding access road, with no apparent access from the Interstate which borders it. The rooms were fine, though.

Room was clean-- bed very hard---- i was right next to the parking garage, dont stay in one of those rooms, every car that pulls in you hear and/or see there headlights at night.

Trip Type: Business Review 12 of 17Needs work on cleanliness
There was hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower when we arrived. I killed a cockroach on the bathroom floor after my shower. Breakfast was something of a disappointment, the first morning there was only cereal, hardboiled eggs and dried bread. For the level of cleanliness and over all stay, the room was overpriced about $30 per night.

The hotel did not seem very clean, although the rooms were ok for one night. A little expensive for what you get.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 15 of 17Adequate but not great
This was an ok room for the money, however, it had cobwebs on the floorboards and ceilings. When room service did clean, they removed all soap. The were unobtrusive though and tried to accommodate us, although hot very friendly. The room door was hinky and jammed much of the time. I was too weary and busy with funeral arrangements to report and/or change rooms, so I dealt with it for 10 days. The front desk personnel was aloof but friendly and most quickly warmed up. The shuttle driver, Robert, was wonderful and did much to accommodate us during a difficult time. These last services might influence me toward staying again. Unfortunately, Taxi service from the airport to the hotel was a nightmare since we got in after the 1 a.m. cutoff.
