Trip Type: Business Review 2 of 14If you need economy room - this will do
Very spartan-like. Nothing fancy - but affordable. Room was clean - but spartan. No frills - Employees were friendly. Breakfast was great.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 3 of 14Busy Hotel
This hotel is very busy. They had a good breakfast. Unfortunately, we didn't sleep well at all. The beds are extremely hard and the pillows are flat. There was a party going on above us and people kept running the hallways late at night. We have kids so I would expect to be given a room away from the teenage party-goers. If you are in a pinch, it'll work.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 4 of 14Lovely Rooms and location/ Horrible customer service
If you don't have to deal with the bad attitudes of the ladies that work at the front desk then you will love this hotel. The cleaning ladies on the other hand are super sweet and extremely helpful! The hotel itself are very nice, clean and in a great location

The front desk clerk was not the most congenial person. The hotel has a policy of no refund if you have to change your reservations and leave early. Rooms are small and hard for more than one person to get around comfortably.

The beds were old and uncomfortable. The sides of the bed sagged when you sat or laid down. The ceilings were filthy black where the fans had blown dust and hadn't been cleaned. The staff was very friendly and professional. Our first room smelled horrible of smoke and they happily chose a different room which smelled a lot better. But, the halls and elevator always had a strong odor of stale smoke. YUCK! I don't think I'll chose to stay at this hotel again.

Trip Type: Romance Review 8 of 14Very poor customer service ....
The Front desk manager admitted that his staff made a huge mistake and then in the process of trying to figure out what to do, tears up a paper that I presented to him. I asked for the manager and he told me to 'deal with it' and 'call the district manager if I had a problem'. I began staying there and was happy the first few times, I will never stay at a baymont again and suggest if you expect good customer service and you have to deal with the front desk manager you should go some place else!!

Outside of the hotel looks new. The inside of the rooms have a very old feel. Overall not bad for the price.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 12 of 14Too much money for a 2 star hotel
For traveling in the middle of the week, I would have thought we would have gotten a much better deal. We paid way too much money for a standard room. I would think you could find a better quality hotel for the same price.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 13 of 14Room for Improvement
The staff needs to communicate better. When I arrived, I checked in rather easily, but when I arrived to my room, it wasn't yet clean, in fact the housekeeper was still working on it. The supervisor put it in the computer as clean when she shouldn't have. Apparantly that wasn't the only miscommunication, apparantly the person that stayed in that room prior to me had requested a wake up call. I was first woke at 5:30 a.m. by the alarm clock that wasn't shut off by housekeeping (they were too rushed to get out of there to do so)and then by the hotel at 6:30 a.m. by a wakeup call I didn't request. Considering I was on vacation, these two annoyances, put a damper on my stay. I will stay at this hotel again due to it's great value, but they need to get their act together as far as communication, for I'm sure I won't be the only annoyed guest woken up too early.

Trip Type: Business Review 14 of 14Terrible service
I have never been treated so poorly in my life. We ordered a non-smoking room due to a co-worker having ashmatic problems. when we got there our room was clearly a smoking room. front desk told us that it was nonsmoking then we noticed the nonsmoking signs on the door and we didn't have one. we went to front desk and said it was NOT a non smoking room and they just said ok it's not but we are booked so there is nothing that we can do for you. they switched us the next day after telling us that they were going to have to eat the loss that we caused them. It was TERRIBLE service i have never been treated like that by someone who is recieving my business. I will never stay there again. Hotels.com was Faboulous though. they llistened to me and helped me with our concerns. I will definatly use them.
