Trip Type: Business Review 1 of 9No Internet connection
The hotel was OK--I had no internet connection because the signal would not reach to the backside of the hotel--very unsatified. They gave me a router booster, but it also did not work. I was there on business and it's impossible to do business without the internet.

Trip Type: Business Review 2 of 9Beware of 18-wheelers
Our trailer was side swiped by a large 18-wheeler truck overnight while we were parked in the parking lot. I would say "beware" of this property.

Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 3 of 9needs work
I payed extra for a nice room pool side and I got a room that the toilet was broken and the A/C was off so it was 90 in the room. We got moved to a room with a working toilet and A/C but not pool side no balcany and all the way around back. OK but that's not what I payed for, this was one of the cheaper room and I didn't get a penny back for it.

Trip Type: Business Review 5 of 9Better hotels close by
There was nothing wrong with this hotel. Now that I have been there, I realize there are newer hotels right in the area, in the same price range.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 6 of 9Not recommended unless 50% discount
You can hear the noises (i.e., people talking, TV, and so on) from the very your room pretty loud and clear. Both faucet in shower/sink is all mixed up led me to think there is no hot water. Not until I set it on cold then the hot water start flowing. The A/C is really noisy too.

Room #113 needs some work. Hair dryer was working but missing some parts. Bath tub was band-aid together.

Trip Type: Business Review 8 of 9Internet Issues
This hotel is generally a tremendous value. If you are planning to stay here on business travel and depend on a VPN connection to access you company e-mail or remote desktop, you will not be able to access. I have stayed here before and had always been able to use a VPN, but they changed their internet and this no longer works. The staff doesn't much seem to care. Even as we checked out of 3 rooms a night early and explained we won't be using them anymore, they were pretty passive about it.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 9 of 9Okay but Not Great
The hotel provides a free breakfast; once every three days it included eggs and bacon. The other mornings it was virtually all carbs, with limited fruit and yogurt. Offerings were limited - such as bagels but not cream cheese, fake butter but not real butter, waffles but no syrup, one flavor of yogurt, and most fruit gone by 8:00 a.m. The hotel has an outdoor pool which would usually be okay in August except the weather was in the 70's and the pool wasn't heated. The first day our room wasn't cleaned when we left in the morning. They were just arriving to clean it about 2:30 p.m. when we returned for my daughter's nap, and they didn't come back to clean it when we left again later that afternoon. Customer service was good; hotel staff were friendly. Location is great.
