Not so great

The pool is REALLY small, The beach is separated by a huge street. The tiki bar at night was very loud with people yelling, and fighting, but those were the guests. BUT for the price we paid it was not SOOO bad. the bed was super uncomfortable though. it was covered in this plastic that made noise when you move, and was very hard! ha. I would pay alittle extra next time for these inconveniences!

Ok if you just need a place to lay your head. Although I had to chase down an iron from the hotel guy who left the front desk to go get a drink.

Just watch what they charge you, no remote or iron.

Not the best

Had trouble getting enough towels for guests, had swimming suits and beach towels stolen from railing outside room. Tiki bar on Friday night had police there making arrests. Shower didn't drain right and bathroom floor flooded. Nice big room but tiny bathroom.

Hotel is in bad condition. Rooms are not clean.

It was OK

It was good for the price. We did not like the location because we did not have a car. There really isn't anything in walking distance. The bathtub had rust stains and ants. It did not have wireless internet like they said but the man offered to sell me a cable to go into the wall. The room was pretty clean, just a little outdated.

needs some better management

The customer service was terrible. The bar/restraunt was very loud late into the night, so forget sleep. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Room was too small - in particular the bath room. Cleaness of the hotel as a whole was somewhat disappointing.

Needs Improvement

This hotel was disappointing in that we had to change rooms at the beginning because we were put into a room directly across from the Tikki Bar. The parking lot was flooded the whole time we stayed and parking was horrendous. Unless we were able to get a front parking spot we had to park in the back of the hotel with no room to get the car around either the corner going into the back or the corner leaving the parking area. We both had soaked shoes trying to get to our room. The room we ended up with was very nice but the maid service did not make our bed while we stayed there.

Needs Improvement

We were very disappointed in this hotel. I paid for four people in the room, and there were only two towels. There was no iron, and the air conditioning did not work. When I called the front desk, they said that housekeeping was closed and we would have to wait until the morning for maintenance. The Tiki bar area was very nasty and dirty. There were two large dogs roaming around the bar area. When we checked out, there was a $.99 charge for the use of the safe. I told them we did not use the safe and that I better not be charged. And as a matter of fact, I told them that they should have paid us to stay there. As you can tell, we were very disatisfied with this hotel.

Great for Someone who did not bring ther Parents with them

Where do I start first off our room was next too the Bar we did not get any sleep because People ran up and down the hall all night . we asked for another room and was told the Hotel only had one room left and the Toilet ran all the time . The room was for two people and they only had one towel . I'm hot sure when the last time the room was cleaned but we found food on the floor and when you walked your feet would stick to the floor I would not tell my worst enemy to stay there . when I booked this Hotel I did ask questions . The t.v hsd lines and it seemed that when you asked for help from whoever was at the Front Desk they would not give you the Time of day I will never stay here again.
