Trip Type: Business Review 1 of 47Clean hotel, lousy breakfast
The room was very clean, although the carpet was old and worn, but that was expected for the price I paid. The pool was also clean. The hotel description said that a microwave and refrigerator are available upon request; well, although I was able to procure a room with a refrigerator, there were no microwaves available, not just at the time, but not at all (that is what I was told at reception). The continental breakfast was the lousiest I have ever seen: mini muffins and bananas one morning, and only mini muffins the next. Overall, it is not a bad place to spend a night or two for the price, but be prepared to spend a few extra $ for a restaurant breakfast.

I've stayed in hotels all over the world. This so called hotel is the absolute worst place I've ever stayed.

-About 50$ cab from HOU airport, that was expected however. -The TV was very static, moving the cable cord around seemed to help for certain channels. -About 25$ cab ride to downtown Houston -The secondary lock on the door was broken, I would of liked to have that considering the area. -The only internet source is one computer in the lobby.

The first room was a wreck you can tell hadd been broken into the lock for door didn't even work then window was broken lock didnt work room was dirty so switched rooms and second one was not much better at least locks worked.. very uncomfortable, unfriendly environment. People in next room kept bringing diff men in and out of hotel room each couple of hours maybe the rent by the hour to some clients they kept being loud and keeping us up with our five year old. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The directions on every website for the hotel were not good. Some of the hotel staff was very helpful, others were not. The complimentary breakfast had bread, muffins, and green bananas that you can't take back with you in the room. The first night I stayed there I had left for 3-4 hours, when I returned they were "remodeling" and painted the door to my room. So with wet paint I put the key in and opened the wet door. When I called the hotel staff they said they were remodeling and painting all of the doors, not true ours was the only one. I read the reviews before I decided to stay here and I should have gone with my first reaction, spend the extra $10 for more saftey and comfort

The carpet was quite old as was the furnishings. When I went to the bathroom and flipped on the light, the over-head fan made such a loud rumbling noise that I had to turn it off and take a shower in the dark. The room had a musty smell to it and the beds were hard. Lucky for me, I only had to stay one night. If you are looking for a quick stay @ a low price, stay here. But if you want luxury, keep looking. I know I will.

this hotel is a joke. the room smelled really bad the ice machine did not work. the carpet had stains on it. the tub was nasty i had to buy a mat to stand on.. the tv remote did not work the lock on the door was ripped off and replace with a chain lock.. the air conditioner made loud noise in the middle of the night... i will not be staying there again i dont care if the room is free... please dont let the cheap price of this hotel convince you to book with them...the manager kept lying about fixing the air, door and ice machine which never happen.. please please run...

I do not consider myself picky-have happily stayed in places others would not. I do not like paying much for hotels, but would have gladly forked over more money for an upgrade on this trip. A little scary arriving at night. Black stains on the carpet, white stains on a chair. Weird smell. However, TV and wireless internet connection were good.

When we first came to the room it was supposed to be a non smoking room but the room smelled like smoke. We had to spray the carpet and bed down with Febreze in order to get the odor out of the room. We also had to buy an air freshner in order to have a pleasant smell in the air. The bathtub had a stain and did not have a mat. We had to buy a mat so that we would have something to stand on. While sleeping, the air conditioner was making this annoying sound that woke us up. I had to get up and turn the air conditioner off so that we could sleep. The room did not have a clock or even the standard bible in the top drawer by the bed. We asked one of the attendants at the front desk for a towel and handed us only one. We told him that we needed another one and he stated that we must turn the towels in to the person that cleans the room. We wandered why would we want to take anything from this hotel. The statement is true, you get what you pay for and that is how we feel after leaving this hotel. We will not being staying at this room again. the ice machine doesnt work we were lied to that it would be fixed but were still waiting for that to happen..RUN RUN RUN

This is not a four star hotel, but it does work if you just need a night to sleep. There is complimentary breakfast, cereal and muffins, so that is nice. The kids really loved getting breakfast. The rooms do smell a little funky, and the doors aren't as secure as they should be. I would only stay here again if I was trying to save money. One night is okay, no more than that...
