just want a room at the last minute so book her i always come here it out on southwest side so when i come home to visit my family i have to go to them they can come to me there is a dennys next door shopping center on the right side of freeway 2 malls with in 5 miles of hotel will stay again

Great romm for money

Poor breakfast. Clean room. Nice man at the reception. Not so easy to found with GPS. Little noisy because it's near the freeway and cheap, lot of workers use this hotel and they move at any time.

Great Value but beds XXXtra firm

Very friendly staff. The bed was so firm I couldn't decide if sleeping on the bed or the floor would have been more comfortable.

I hate the address

it is not easy to find the address by GPS. Please change the address to make people easy to get there!!!! it is a good place

Great room for the money

The price was low (for Houston), and the hotel was fine. No bells and whistles, but none were expected. My room was a little dated but very clean. Even though there was parking outside my door, the room was quiet, cool, and clean. Would happily stay there again if in town on business. Perhaps not too good for those traveling with kids (unimpressive breakfast and facilities), but I booked it knowing what kind of hotel it was. And I was pleasantly surprised.

Another Great Stay

This is my third stay at this hotel. I frequently need a room in Houston for a night or two, and this hotel offers a nice room for a good price. They are very nice at the front desk and always give me great customer service, they even called up tp my room to let me know they now offer free wifi. The room is a good size and clean pretty quiet and easily accessible. The continental breakfast is good, cereal, muffins, toast, fruit, juice and coffee. I will continue using this hotel for my weekends in Houston.

GREAT ROOM FOR THE MONEY

I HAVE STAYED HERE BEFORE IT IS OK FOR THE MONEY.. THERE ARE LOTS OF STORES TO SHOP AT, RESTURANTS TO EAT AT AND PLACE TO GO I WAS A LITTLE UPSET BECAUSE THE LADY FOR GOT TO COME TO BRING TOWEL I HAD TO GO TO FRONT DESK TO GET THEM

Great room for the Price

This is the second time i have stayed at this hotel and both times I left satisfied. Staff is friendly, there is a computer with internet access for patron use, and the the breakfast included muffins toast, cereal juice, coffee, etc. The standard room had a refrigerator and other standard accommodations, noise level was okay and the air wroked very well. It is a nice room for a good price.

OK for one night only

We were only there for one night, and it was OK, although some of the TV channels didn't work (including one of the HBO networks) or had a bad signal. The breakfast options were rather limited, and there was a very small seating area. The receptionist was nice, though. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom.

Good Room

When I saw the bad review, i thought that I would be in for a shocker. The room was fine for the price and the people were helpful. I told the clerk that I needed a room that was accessible for my walker and they complied.
