Needs major improvements

Needs major improvements, bad smell throughout the hotel and rooms. Bathrooms too small, no hospitality whatsoever. for the price its not worth it.

Needs Improvement

The motel needs MAJOR work. The bar is ok, the food was not good. The shuttle bus was the only plus. The rooms are in need of undating, there were leaks on the wall and water on the floor. I would not recommend this motel.

A Dump

This place is really down at the heels. Maintenance is non existent, the facility is sadly outdated, and I felt at risk going to and from my room. The staff was very nice, but they have a futile task.

Future travelers; pay more to avoid nightmare!

The room was the high point and it wasn't anything to write home about. If you have no vehicle and relied on their airport shuttle, you are stuck without any food options within walking distance except for their own house restaurant. At this location, my wife and I experienced the worse service of our lives. After waiting far too long, (and watching one couple leave in disgust), we finally had a waitress come up who took our orders. We went with their cheapest meal option, the waitress messed it up but I just said fine I'll eat it when it finally appeared. During this time we watched three other people refuse their food and send it back to the kitchen, never a good sign. Afterward, when inquiring about the supposed desert that was included in the meal as clearly stated on the menu, a different waitress (not the same one who took our orders mind you) came up and argued with me that I didn't actually order the hamburger meal, but that I had ordered the soup and hamburger a la carte off the lunch menu (I didn't even realize that was possible, and it cost more the way she was spinning it). I was tired of arguing, but now I know why they have a mandatory 18% gratuity included in the price (also a $3 charge for sharing a plate...nice). If they didn't have the auto gratuity, they wouldn't ever be tipped with that kind of service. As if that weren't enough, we had to wait an additional 15 minutes and had to talk to multiple people to actually receive our check. This was the first time I've ever had the urge to walk out of a restaurant without paying. Terrible service, no class, tacky decor, and future travelers, pay the extra money to stay at a decent place where you aren't trapped into horrendous food and service.

Smelly

Hotel smelled very musty.

the ac was not working, the hot water was not working, the beds were full size, the restaurant the worst food and extremely expensive. The worst time ever

Don't do it!

The room had a terrible stale odor. After 5 minutes in the room I left the key on the dresser and left. Do not stay here under any circumstance. Employees were very nice but the property is awful.

Terrible!

Upon arrival to the hotel, or shall I say motel, we were kind of skeptical of the surrounding area but as it was 1 am, it was hard to make a firm decision. The lady in the lobby acted as if she had been drinking. We finally find our room and it was disgusting. The following morning, I checked out the outsideof the place and the landscaping was very overgrown. Overall, I would not recommend this place for anyone that has a phobia of cleanliness.

WORST Hotel Experience EVER

I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. If you ever want to Cancel a reservation, forget about it with this hotel. We reserved a hotel the same day we were to arrive, found out they don't offer shuttle at night or in the morning for our flight, tried to cancel and they said that we needed to cancel the day before (the day before we even made the reservation??) The hotel receptionist we spoke with there was EXTREMELY RUDE and told us that we couldn't cancel our reservation (when in fact after speaking with my credit card agent and the Travel services, that is exactly who I needed to speak with to cancel). I tried to call the hotel to speak with a supervisor to explain my previous night's experience and the day receptionist said the manager does not speak with people who want to discuss their stay and hung up on me. We never stayed there yet we have to pay the price of rude customer service and the runaround in terms of trying to cancel our reservation / get a refund. I travel a lot and will never ever stay at a Red Carpet Inn Hotel.

Oh my God

Elevator did not work, had to walk through dirty stairs, carpet in room is filthy. Front desk clerks were not welcoming, but that should have been expected for the price paid.

Excessive Noise

We arrived at the hotel at 5.30pm. There was loud music coming from the building across from our room, it was probably a disco. We then went out and returned at 11.00pm, the music was still blasting, we got into bed, but found it hard to get to sleep until the early hours of the morning. We would not stay at this hotel again.
