Underachiever

The room decor is straight out of the 80's and in need of a modernization makeover. If you like old 27" TV's, and worn furniture makes you feel at home, then this is the place for you. The staff were great (for the most part) friendly and helpful, but the room decor and pool area were a disappointment to say the least. We will not return unless we are looking for a 3star room at 5star prices.

Overpriced outdated

The hotel was great except for the guest room. It was outdated and had a tiny TV that was from the 80's. It wasn't worth a third of what it costs to visit.

Overbooked Hotel

The hotel had booked special events for all day and night Friday, and also Saturday all evening which closed their bar and restaurant (and front entryway) to hotel guests. They made no apologies or alternative arrangements for guests of their hotel. They hosted an arts council fundraiser which drew 2000 people to their front courtyard for a gala. Guests were directed to use a first floor guestroom patio door for entering and leaving all day and night Friday. No mention of this event, or the Saturday wedding which took out the hotel bar was ever made to us beforehand. Buyers beware!
