Needs improvement

Some areas of the hotel were in need of a good cleaning. Breakfast was a joke. Room was reasonably clean.

too noisy

the service was good but in the room there were no table and chairs.plus, i didn't get to sleep well because of noise from the insects inside. i don't think i'm going back to this hotel. but overall, the service was ok.

pool area

I was planning on enjoying the pool area but the pool is so cold its really only good for getting you bathing suit wet and then tanning.

Great property and comfortable room. Nice poolside restaurant, as well. Customer service was...at best, lacking. The staff was pleasant, but quite unconcerned with actually following up; requests for information were met with a "we'll call your room" and then no call. I suppose this is what would be considered a "laid back" approach. Would recommend the property and facilities, including the restaurant, but would recommend anyone considering the hotel be aware that they're not going to get 4 or even 3 star service.

not worth it

the hotel itself looks very nice. the room is clean but the minibar is expensive. the casitas room is spacious but the patio area is dirty. the shower inside the room leaks water everywhere. the restaurant is overpriced and not much selecion. the staff seemed abit pretentious when we checked in.

Not worth the price

I was expecting much more for the price of the hotel. The pool area was small. There were not enough lounge chairs. The rooms surround the pool bar and it was noisy at night. Additionally, housekeeping did not clean the room until we called the front desk at 4pm. The positives were that the bed was comfortable and the staff was nice.
