San Jose Marriott Downtown

Outstanding hotel

My wife and I brought our daughter, her husband, and two granddaughters ages 6 and 3 for a weekend where daughter was a participant in the San Jose marathon. It was a great weekend for all 6 of us. Our 6 year old granddaughter lost her top two baby teeth in the two days and the tooth fairy had to perform in a strange location. The local restaurants were all great since many are within walking distance of the hotel. All in all it was an outstanding weekend.

Great room! Comfortable and clean room. Close to restaurants and most downtown businesses.

Great Hotel & Location Near Attractions! Excellent Service & Accommodations!

This was a wonderful stay! From the moment we drove up, until our departure, we were treated like royalty! The staff were very friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to provide everything we needed. They were especially attentive to my daughter and welcomed her with a gift bag! It's the little extra's that make all of the difference. The room was wonderful as well as the pool, jacuzzi and fitness center. Just a few bloock from the Tech Museum of Innovation and other attrctions! You'll love it come & stay!

Staff is very courteous, and our room was very clean. I recommend it to everyone. I will definitely stay out there again!

Great Stay!

'Wow' is what we said when we walked in. We were there just over night. Everything was very clean. The bed was very relaxing ,and the whole feel of the hotel was nice and quiet. The kitcken was spotless. So if you are looking for a place where to feel like home this is it. The best part is the price is unbeatable! We will go back without a dought.

Decent stay

Nice rooms, clean and well cared for, friendly staff, good vallet service, pretty relaxing. Complaints: No refrigerator, beds are actually full size and not queens, vallet charges $25.00 (a day) for parking at the hotel (no street parking downtown- other lots $15-$20).

It's a Marriott....

What more can I say. It should be an outstanding hotel. My only big issue is that in downtown San Jose there isn't a lot of FREE parking and the hotel does not have a parking garage so you have to use their valet service which you have to pay $25 for. Ok so I probably would have paid the same in a garage but you also have to phone down 15 mins before you come down and then if they are busy it can still take 20 mins or more to get your car. Also, room service should be 24 hours but it ends at 11pm. Guess I have lived in Las Vegas too long.

perfect place for downtown

the hotel is perfectly situated center of downtown clean polite staff. very close to san jose state
