Some good, some bad

Nice hotel, very comfy room amenities and bedding. Daytona was in the middle of a cold front and the heat in my room did not work, which made it very uncomfortable. Ate dinner in the restaurant - expensive and pretty much inedible. Waiter never checked on me and I was the only one in there! Staff were great.

Very poor service

The hotel provided an ocean view without a balcony because we had booked through hotels.com. However, they agreed to deduct a $100 from the first night stay and then move us to a room with a balcony. Our bill was updated to reflect a $200 credit. This remained on our bill through checkout, however, the following week they changed the credit card charge by $100. During our stay, the waiters were slow to respond, did not offer to do more than the minimum, and lost our food order. My overall rating of this hotel is that the service and attention to detail is very poor.

Not worth the amount of money paid

Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitly not worth the price we paid per night. Looked at other hotel prices in area that were much nicer and a bit less in price. Toilet leaked all night and noisy. Great view, but will not stay there again.

Overpaid!!!

First of all we did not get a balcony, like we had reserved!! The A/c was not working the first night (maintanance was sent to our rm at 1am) to fix it. The second night we went out came back & there was a pool in the bathroom!!! The water was coming from the roof!! They sent maintenance again to fix that issue. They were very apologetic, but kept saying there isn't another room we can change you to. The hotels itself is beautiful, just because we had a bad experience doesn't mean everyone else will. The valet service is great look out for (Dylan) he gave us great service..

room badly equiped, a/c too high/furniture broken/nickel and dime you to death...$8.00 a day for internet...5.00 parking, no paper/no included services/no shade at pool unless you pay/ beach chairs are extra...high price for nothing in return

Needs Improvement

The king size bed was too soft and we had a difficult time sleeping. The toilet was positioned too close to the shower and was rather small for large people to sit comfortably. Help me in the future to determine types of beds offered in your hotel selections.
