Trip Type: Business Review 1 of 31Poor location
It's a nice hotel, it's just not near anything. The hotel provides a car that can take you around, but you are not really even walking distance to anything, such as restaurant options, sport bars, etc. Nice rooms though.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 2 of 31Free Reward Stay
Rooms were small as was bathroom. The beds were two doubles and they didn't leave much space to move around between then. Amenities were nice and it is a great location. Ate all meals in restaurant hotel and food was good if a little overpriced. the bar was crowded noisy and had very little seating. we had to get our own drinks from the bar. paid $50 nonrefundable fee for our dog and their website touts them as a very pet friendly hotel and each pooch gets his own personal water bowl and doggie zaza snack. they never appeared. i didn't say anything at the time but plan on emailing hote management.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 3 of 31Great hotel but by no means worth the cost
Great location, beautifully appointed but not worth the outrageous rate. The Sheraton or the Marriot are just as beautiful and not nearly as expensive. Save your money and spring for one of those.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 4 of 31Noisy.....
We had a room with a great view overlooking the neighboring park. Too bad it also overlooked the pool. Pool parties going on all the time made the room very noisy.

Trip Type: Romance Review 6 of 31Not worth all the hype...
While the hotel was nice, I did not feel that it was worth the price paid. They have satellite TV so I could not watch the game as the signal kept going in and out. The hotel is beautiful and you can enjoy the nightlife without leaving the building.

Trip Type: Business Review 7 of 31Unfair treatment
If one books on Hotels.com one gets a inferior room. I was placed next to the elevators and above a loud dance pavillion!

Trip Type: Special Event Review 8 of 31Hotel ZaZa
The hotel room was nice and very spacious. We stayed there because it is where we had our wedding reception when we got married (it used to be the old Warwick). They have done a nice job renovating the hotel but they are definitely attempting to reach a more younger crowd. It was very noisy, night and day. The class that you would expect to see with the old Warwick is no longer there.

Trip Type: Business Review 9 of 31Small rooms near elevator
The hotel rooms that Hotel Zaza provide to you through hotels.comare the smallest rooms they offer which they call "petite" and are located next to or across from elevators that you can hear them moving up and down. Unless you receive a room on a high floor, you will hear the elevator movement throughout the night.

Trip Type: Romance Review 10 of 31BEAUTIFULLY EXPENSIVE!
My husband and I stayed here for a weekend get-a-way. We usually stay at the Magnolia Downtown, however thought i would venture out. Walking into the hotel, it was decorated beautifully. We reserved a Fantastico Suite and it was BEAUTIFUL. The decor is absolutely amazing and the room was very comfortable. However, our room overlooked the pool area. And apparently they play NON-STOP music from 10 to 11 and its rather loud. So loud, I had to turn my TV up a number of times. It sounded like we were next to an all day club. Secondly, given the close proximity of the medical center, the constant sirens from ambulances got rather old. I was looking forward to some room service and a nice dinner. However, when you order room service, they add 21% surcharge as well as an additinal delivery fee, which made the already expensive food, completely not-worth it. The valet was $20 for overnight stay, with no area to self park. There is no gift shop or store as the book in the room said there was. The plus side to the hotel is that it is 1 and 2 blocks away from the MEtro Rail which can take you into downtown for food and nightlife. However, given the location of the hotel, girls going out at night by themselves on the rail is not advised!!! It was kinda of scary to me and we went in the middle of the day!!! I will not stay here again. Magnolia is a better bang!

Trip Type: Business Review 11 of 31Disgusted
I arrived at 10 pm to a poorly cleaned room. It was late, so I accepted it instead of complaining. The next morning when I went to use the shower it was full of cigerette butts and other items I would prefer not to describe from the previous occupant. On my final day it took valet parking 45 minutes to get my car. I missed an important breakfast becuase of the delay.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 12 of 31Don't Go!
I was extrememly unsatisfied! It didn't live up to the website. There were pictures throughout the hotel and on the headboard, and in the room that were of women and men not dressed. In the lobby during check out the tv had a naked man on it. The website said turn down service and votive candles nightly which we never recieved. The website said pets welcome but there was a $100 non-refundable fee. (Glad I called first) The parking was over $20 a day and you had to park there or you would of gotten a ticket. (wasn't expecting) The room was too small for the price. I would not reccommend this hotel to anyone. I am not a complainner and normally do not leave bad reviews but I wanted everyone to know this is not the hotel to stay at!

Trip Type: Business Review 15 of 31Great Room, but
Room was one of the best I've been in, however choices for dining are very limited nearby and the hotel restaurant, while of high quality, is very expensive. I found it odd that you could get lower cost items via room service than in the restaurant.
