Very Dirty and Poorly Maintained

Poorly maintained and extremely dirty. Unfortunately, I had to leave and find an alternate room. There was obvious dirt and other items smeared on walls and counters. Absolutely disgusting!

they need help

dirty room and poor preparation for guest arrival. I had stayed here before and had a less than hoped for experience. The manager wrote me an email and said if I would try them again that he/she would see everything was gonna be great on my arrival. I wroye and when I checked in the room was not cleaned properly. Also the TV had no sound. I will not stay here again.

This place is the pitts smells like a dump.. we npaid for a non smoking Room & the Mgr said take it or leave it soo we left& i called the hotel customer service & got another Place .. those people are Rude & lousey for a hotel mgr i will never ever stay in one of those places again....My Family wasa Very dissopointed

not clean room this time

It didn't seem that bad when I got there. When I walked into the bathroom I could smell mildew, and found it in the bathtub later a bunch under the soap holder that had been overlooked apparently. One bug in the bath I couldn't identify but I washed him down the drain and continued my business. I turned back the sheets about 2am to find they hadn't been changed. A lazy cleaning person apparently tucked it back in. I found extra sheets in the closet since it was too late to call up and I had the last bottom floor room left. I used the other sheets so that I wouldn't touch the bed as I was about to sleep with my clothes on. Not staying here again.

Needs Improvement

LAte Checkin was a problem. No wifi was provided as avertised. The bed was very old and uncomfortable. No hair dryer and the only toiletry was a single bar of soap.

Bad Service

When I arrived to check in I was told that the rooms were not clean yet and i would have to wait an hour or more for them to be cleaned. When i asked the front desk clerk why weren't the rooms clean sjhe said they were busy. So then i told her can they do anything for my inconvience. She laughed and told me the room will be ready just because the check in time is 3 that doesn't mean the have to have the room ready.When i finally checked in i went to the room that i was given and the keycard didn't work. I went back & forth to the office 3 times & it still didn't work. I was then moved to a room that smelled like smoke. Don't waste your money. There are other professional hotels in the area.

Needs to be clean before any new guests

The room was not fully cleaned for our arrival. It seems that somebody stayed there the previous night, they made the bed and was giving to us like that. No new soaps (used one was still on top of the sink). Air conditioner would not stay on constantly so it was hard to sleep. It could do better.

Roaches!

Yes, there were roaches in our room and of all places - the refrigerator! They were also in the bathroom. The lights didn't work and the luggage shelf fell out of the wall the day we checked out. The staff was great - just wish they had a better facility to work with...

Unhappy guest

Refrigerator door did not shut. Mold in bathtub/shower. Lots of police activity in the area.

No frills.

Just a place to sleep when traveling alone. It gives you the feeling you want to park your car right outside the room and sleep with your ears open. Clean sheets, towels, tiny pillows, but you'll want to leave your shoes on when walking around on the carpet. It's that kind of place.

Dissappointed

Our first room had a heavy chemical odor. We left the window opened all afternoon to ventilate the room. When my husband sat on the bed and the other side lifted up.....We asked to have our room changed. Our next room had more issues. The vinyl molding behind the commode was separated from the wall. When I looked behind it, there was black mold......we didn't shower. The ottoman was missing a leg. When we got up to have coffee, there was only one mug in the room. We stayed here years ago, it was a nice property. It has declined significantly. We will not return.

Dissappointed

They moved us to another room. Odor better. Ottoman had 3 legs, bathroom vinyl floor molding was separated from wall behind toilet. It was filled with algae. When we made coffee in the morning, there was only one coffee cup. Very disappointed. We stayed here before a few years ago. It was enjoyable then. Property declined a lot. They are not maintaining it. We will not stay here again.

charged calls to my room when they were local calls and i did not even dial a 1 to call out. front desk person said they would take care of it but did not. hotel kind of pricey as well, beds were a little hard to sleep on!
