Nice Room--but pricey

For the money, I have stayed in more luxurious hotels. But since this is a business hotel it suits business travelers well.

Not Worth The Price

First of all, the entrance to the hotel is in an alley, which was not easy to find. The parking is $18.00 per night which is excessive considering that they don't valet. I reserved a smoking cityscape suite, which apparantly doesn't exist; so after driving for almost three hours, I find out that my wife and I can stay in a standard room or the suite, both non-smoking. Five minutes after we got into our room, a maid walked in unannounced, no knock or any kind of notice, just walked in, which is unnacceptable. Also, they advertised a "soaker tub" which was quite small and filthy. The only positive thing about this hotel is the continental breakfast, but overall, I would never stay here again and I would advise others to do the same.

Where's the Maid Service:

I was surprised to come back to my room at 5:30 pm and the maid service had not been to the room to clean up. I had to call down to the front desk to have someone come up and replace the towels, etc. The next day, they came, but did not replace the empty shampoo, coffee, etc. The concierge seemed to be missing or on break most of the time as well.

Not as nice as described

The hotel was comfortable for the most part. The pictures are a lot nicer than the actual hotel. You could tell that it had not been renovated since the early 90s. There are much nicer four star hotels out there. It was nice to have a suite with fridge and microwave though. Probably wont be staying there again.

worst hotel experience ever

terrible service from the moment we couldn't enter the hotel with the street shut down...no reimbursement and rude treatment from hotel operator...could not park in or near hotel and had to lug many heavy bags up flights off stairs and blocks away in a parking garage...treated horribly by front clerk on check out and would never return
