Great place to stay

Loved everything about this place. Looking forward to the next time. Food at the buffet was the best we've ever had.

Ameristar St. Charles nice room, but staff extremely loud!

The room was extemely nice. However, if you plan on staying up late and sleeping past 7am, don't count on it! beginning at 7am the cleaning staff begins knocking on doors all the way down the hallway. This is a casino hotel! We didn't appreciate paying the price we did for the room and only able to enjoy it until 7am. Don't they realize checkout is 11am!

There isn't anything wrong that I can say about this place, the beauty, comfort, and service will exceed your expectations, I have stayed in many casino hotels in the past and this one is by far my favorate! The rooms are spectacular as well as the pool area! A must see if you haven't.

Great Hotel and Spa

Very nice hotel, beautiful rooms, great spa!

Beautful Property!

I've travelled through and stopped into the casino a number of times, but never stayed in the hotel. I'll make sure to include the hotel in my plans from now on! The place is beautiful! The room was awesome, spacious and well-appointed - with three tv's! No fighting for the remote!! The bed was one of the most comfortable we've found. We look forward to our next visit.

outstanding room

I was very impressed with the hotel staff and room! The size of the room was great and it felt like I was staying in a 5 star hotel; I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone. The casino was large, but the massive amount of smoke in the air was terrible from all the smokers in the area. I played craps and the dealers were very friendly and knowledgable. I sat at the bar of the steakhouse and the bartender took great care of me and the food was outstanding; I had a filet and mushrooms.

Very Clean and Convenient

We received a very freindly (early) check-in. The staff was very helpfull. The casino is very huge (Las Vegas sized) and convenient to the restaurants and clubs.

Spotless rooms, quiet surroundings, pricey but worth every penny

Outstanding surroundings spotless and quiet room, pool area very nice, pricey but worth it. Will visit again.

luxurius hotel

For how nice the hotel was I was suprised to see so many stains on the carpeting in the hallway. Other than that though I can say nothing negative. The room was wonderful and overlooked the pool area. Would recomend staying here. Casino is very nice and there is plenty of food choices.
