Trip Type: Business Review 1 of 76Restaurant Excellent, Room a bit Grim
I enjoyed my stay for the most part, but a lot of rennovation was going on in the neighborhood and parking was nearly impossible to find. I drove around the block at least 3 or 4 times looking for a suitable garage. The valet option was nice, but I could've dealt with something a little more low fuss and wasn't given the option. The room was a bit dark and the bed wasn't really that comfortable. It seemed as though the furniture was a little masculine, which was off-putting: I enjoy a very light, airey appearance while I am traveling for business and need to spend a lot of time in a hotel.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 2 of 76Watch out for the cleaning staff!!!
We loved the hotel and have visited before. Up until this most recent visit. We left a ladies neclace on the night stand and went for a walk to the aquarium. When we returned the maid service cleaned our room and decided they needed a new neclace as well. The hotel front desk apoligized over and over but did nothing to compensate us. He gave us the card of the hotel manager. We phoned the manager on multilply occasions to no returned call. We will never stay at another Club Quarters because of this.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 3 of 76get what you pay for
Staff slightly rude, establishment is a "members only hotel" yet places open rooms available to non-members. I could not get anyone on the phone to speak with me in person because I was not a member. Extra deposit charged/held to my CC that was not disclosed to me at time of reservation. Cheap rates but you get what you pay for.

Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 4 of 76Not happy
I booked my reservation 3 months in advance, paying online for it. When we arrived, they had taken my money, but didn't have a room for us. He just said, "We don't have a room that we can give you. Sorry." Because of this, they did "upgrade" us to another room for free. Although, that room wasn't ready either (even though we were checking in at 5pm and were supposed to be able to check in at 3pm), so we had to wait in the lobby for about 45 minutes while they cleaned it. We decided to go ahead and eat at the restaurant in the lobby, as we were in a hurry to make it to a meeting and couldn't get into our room. I don't know about you, but I think the hotel should have done something else to compensate us for our dinner and time. Also, I would have hated to see what we had paid for, because, this didn't seem like an upgrade to me. We had reserved and paid for 2 double beds (because there were 3 of us), but what we got was one bed and a sofa. I wasn't happy that someone had to sleep on that, knowing that we paid for another bed. Also, the front desk wasn't too apologetic for our time.

Trip Type: Business Review 5 of 76Not as good as rated
The rooms are smaller than the average hotel, a big surprise is the cost of valet parking no other option is available. Staff is not very helpful, there is a lot of construction noise on one side of the hotel, hot water for the shower is not very hot. Overall I would prefer to pay a bit more at another hotel than to stay here again.

Fine hotel for adults but would not recommend it for Children. The staff is not "kid friendly" as well.

It was ok but the room was not really ready for us. Room had not been completely cleaned. But it was ok for 1 night.

Trip Type: Business Review 12 of 76Small room
It is an okay hotel. There was construction across the street which really made the stay unpleasant - no fault of Club Quarters. The restaurant was very good and staff very friendly.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 14 of 76Needs improvement; great location
Room was very small--staying 6 nights--moved the next day to another room. Room was not clean and one day was not cleaned at all even though I was told someone would be sent up right away.

Well...I was not expecting such a small room. It was really close to the next room as well. Whem I went to open the window, the view was of a building wall and the a/c kept turning on and off causing it to get warm throughout the night. Needless to say, my husband and I did not get very much sleep. The location was great though. Within walking distance from many restaurants and hot spots. We did end up checking out early and moving to another hotel with a larger room. Life's too short to be in a small room when you travel.
