Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 1 of 95OK for the price
Great location if you are going to stay on the US side of the border, although now that I've seen both sides, would recommend to stay on Canadian soil. Hotel is only steps away from the park and the casino (if you like that). The room is clean although the exterior of our windows had some cobwebbs and small spider's. (left curtain closed) The bed and the sheets are not comfortable, but it's good to crash. It's a good place if you're looking for good price and you plan a short stay.

Trip Type: Family Review 2 of 95Need Improvement but overall ok
The hotel is very conveniently located. It needs improvement, he carpets could use a good cleaning, etc. It was good enough for the money

Trip Type: Family Review 3 of 95Great location for the money
The hotel was way better than I've expected for that price . The room was spacious and with lots of amenities. Parking and breakfast were included in the room price. Plus you cannot beat the location : 10 min walk to the Niagara State Park.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 4 of 95Excellent service, horrible smell
This hotel uses a cleaning product that smelled horrible, stung my eyes, and made it impossible to stay as long as we had planned. However, the staff was fantastic, service was excellent. As soon as I mentioned I had a problem, they tried to fix it, and refunded my money for the nights I was not going to be able to stay. The location was fantastic as well.

I thought the hotel was just fine my room was clean, only thing the hallway carpet needed a good cleaning and it had a chemical smell to it.and the free breakfast was just a snack.but outside of that i had a great stay and very close to the falls you can walk in about 5 min.hotels staff was very helpful.

Trip Type: Family Review 6 of 95Spacious Room
This was a very spacious room, and within walking distance to the falls. It's an older hotel, but the rooms were big and clean. Plus, pets are welcome and front desk was very friendly. The only thing we had a problem with was breakfast. It was all gone when we got there. Not even a muffin or doughnut.

Trip Type: Family Review 7 of 95Perfect hotel for family vacation
After reading the reviews for many Niagara hotels I was worried about staying at any of them, so I chose this hotel because of the price and location. The hotel exceeded my expectations by far. The staff was courteous and friendly and quickly responded to any requests and answered any questions. The room was clean and comfortable and much larger than I expected. If you want to stay within walking distance of the falls and restaurants this is a great hotel. It's not a luxury hotel by any means, but if you just need a place to sleep and shower this hotel will be perfect. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room. There's a continental breakfast every morning with coffee, tea, juice, fruit, cereal and assorted pastries. Across the street there is a gas station and an ice cream shop. The falls are a very short walk and parking is free. They do allow pets (negative for some, positive for others) and if you're sensitive to smoke make sure you get a non-smoking room.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 8 of 95great room for the money
I stayed three nights and the Falls were within a 5 minute walk. The hotel room was cleaned very well each day. It was big with a large bathroom. Adequate water pressure in the shower. As far as the staff goes?... Joe at the information desk was superb. His recommendations ln restaurants in the area was right on and his patience and kindness towards all my questions was great. I would definately stay here again. You can walk to Canada in 5 minutes also.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 13 of 95Pet Friendly
We choose this hotel because we were traveling with a dog. They have a spot to walk your dog and you can leave them in the room when you leave the hotel. It is a short walk to the Falls and also to Canada. It does need to be updated, but met our need for our stay with our dog.

Trip Type: Family Review 14 of 95good hotels except surroundings
Room is clean and good, with a fridge and microwave. My 5 years old daughter could go to falls by walk. There is a inside pool but no wash machine. We did not rent a car, it was hard to find any restaurant by walk. There are no restaurant or supermarket around the hotel. Nearest is Indians restaurant or Dennys.

Trip Type: Family Review 15 of 95location location location
Did not have high expectations, so we were not disappointed. Hotel itself was dated, but fairly well maintained. No bad smells, even though we could only book a smoking room (we do not smoke). Room itself was clean. Spider webs all over the windows. Continental breakfast somewhat lacking, but this is typical of any hotel, although seating is limited, especially on Sunday morning. Pool was a nice inclusion for the kids. The biggest advantage was the location: 10 minute walk to the American Falls. We never felt unsafe walking from the park to the hotel at night. A word of caution: before buying a tour package in the hotel lobby (around $70) check the packages in the Falls park visitors center, which can be purchased for around $33 and include most of the good sites on the American side. We would definitely stay here again.
