Messed up my room service order. Did not get some of what I ordered as they 'were out'. Did not credit bill after they assured me they would

Trip Type: Special Event Review 2 of 17Room for Improvement
I was a little disappointed with the suite. Even though it was spacious, it was a little rundown. My room was missing a hair dryer, cups for the in-room coffee maker, and a remote control for the TV. The beds were a little hard and the sheets very stiff. Also, the door knob was missing from the door to the bathroom. Besides these small complaints, the room was fine for the price. Another plus was the breakfast buffet. Very good and very affordable. The grounds and Lobby area were very nice and well-maintained, but the rooms themselves were worn out. They did not look like the pictures on the website.

This hotel was overall no good, the room looked cleaned but it really wasn't. The tray along with other items in the room were dirty! & To top it off, the bedroom sheets smelled dirty!!

We were disappointed in the fact that there was a charge(with tax) for parking your own car, The rooms were much smaller than the web site pictures lead one to believe. However the beds were very comfortable and bedding crisp and cozy.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 9 of 17Somewhat disappointed
The had this beautiful interactive touch screen to find anything & everything so I used it to find a restaurant and then spent two hours looking for it, come to find out it had closed over a year earlier. Ended up eating at the hotel and that was seriously overpriced and not very good. Kind of disappointed because we really liked our room, the pool and gym. Paying for parking is not good either!!!!

Trip Type: With Friends Review 10 of 17Won't stay here again...
We booked two suites for the resting place of a bachelorette party. When we arrived to check in at 4:30pm, we were told that there were no two rooms available on the same floor. Then we were told that there was only one room available at that time because the other rooms were still being cleaned. That was quite inconvenient, since we had a list of activities to start at 5pm and wouldn't be back to the hotel until late night/early morning. But they assured us that they checked us in to both rooms in the computer, so we only needed to pick up our key cards when we got back. So all nine of us had to get ready for our festivities in one room and leave all of our stuff there. Then once we got back to the hotel at 2:30am, there were different people at the front desk, and it was like pulling teeth to convince them that we had already checked in and that the room should be waiting for us. When we finally got access to the 2nd room, half of us had to stop by the 1st room to gather their stuff before they could retreat to their room. The beds were uncomfortable with stiff pillows and sheets as hard and crisp as a sheet of paper. Also, you have to pay a fee for overnight parking. But the parking is outside in front of the building... no protection from the elements... so why pay? Especially considering there are free parking spaces on the side of the building...??? The suites looked nice, but that's about the best thing I can say about the hotel. Needless to say, we won't be back.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 11 of 17It's okay, but not my favorite
The hotel was nice. It was loud near the highway, which is a given, but still much more noise than expected. AND....they charge for parking! That was ridiculous. $7.95/day to park as a guest at their hotel. That is absurd and I was not impressed.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 12 of 17HIDDEN CHARGES
I rented a suite to welcome out of town family members and friends because my place is too small. When I checked in, I learned that I, and all others, would have to pay a $7.00 parking fee per night. I complained to the manager, and she gave me several vouchers for my guests. I, however, was charged the parking fee. And when my guests arrived, they had to make a long trip down to the parking lot and post the voucher inside their cars; otherwise, according to hotel staff, the cars might be towed. I also found it dismaying that the lobby was full of dogs. I don't mind pet-friendly hotels, but this was like a kennel. I don't know whether there was a dog show in town, and its contestants lodged here, or whether this is the normal situation. In any case, I won't be returning for any reason.

first 7.95 to park in the hotel lot? we didnt pay after i called hotels.com to complain. 2 of the lamps in our room didnt work, awful lighting in the rooms. and if you dont have a credit card you will have to pay 50.00 a night for incidentals, which i was not told about til we checked in. we went with limited cash and because of that we had to cancel some of the things we had planned for the weekend, which was our honeymoon. i will never stay there again
