THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WAS RUDE WHEN WE CHECKED IN. THE POOL CLOSED WAY TO EARLY FOR IT BEING A SATURDAY. WE NEVER EVEN GOT TO USE THE POOL WHICH IS ONE REASON WE BOOKED THERE. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

My non-smoking room at the non-smoking Settle Inn was like sleeping in an ash tray. It took 3 days to get a remote for the TV and I never got a clock. The ice machine was broken as was my toilet. When I did receive housekeeping, my fresh towels were delivered wet. I wouldn't stay there again if they paid me the nightly rate.

Was happy with everything at first until our 2nd room did not have the double beds we originally booked, it all went downhill from there. Our magnetic room key quit working and they couldn't fix it, had to have them come and physically open it every time (all after about 5 very long trips to the front desk trying to fix the card!) Beds were comfortable, but we woke up to find ants all over the place in our room. We were glad to leave but the hotel would be very nice especially for the money if they made a few small, yet very important improvements!

the hotel room was clean the hotel was nice but it would of been perfect if the place had not been invested with ants. they were everywhere. this hotel should be conscious of spring and make sure they treat their rooms

Our room has lots of ants. My kid was screaming when she went to bed because ants were crawling from her bed to her face. After 2 h of discomfort we were switched to another room which did not have any ants but was noisy. We did not have a good experience there!

There was no food places or anywhere to go. When you ask the front desk how to get somewhere they just have a confused look and just repeat the same thang you said. So if you stay there make sure you know where you are going.

service at the front desk when I checked was poor. the desk clerk had me wait for over ten minutes while he counted the cash in the desk. it took so long, that my wife left the car and came inside to find oiut the problem. the room was ok, but found small ants on the desk and a/c . the a/c did not hade vents to direct the air flow and it blew right on the bed the breakfast was fine.
