Days Inn Niagara At The Falls

Need a lot of work

The hotel was close to where we wanted to be, but next time I'll spend a little more to stay somewhere else. Hotel is run down, rooms have seen their day and the place needs a major overhaul.

Poor Hotel, Good location

Rooms are really old, the hotel is almost falling apart. Smoke smell in the corriddors. Need to be cleaner. Did not even have drinking water in the room. Not worth the price. I have stayed in much better hotels for lower prices. Location is good though.

too strict on early checkin

We wanted to checkin in two hours before normal checkin time and check out fourteen hours before checkout time. But they asked us to pay one and half day's price. No compromises on early checkin !!

Customer service was bad

I was particularly disappointed about our reception at the time of check-in. The lady did not interact as anybody would have liked her to, no smile, a very cold greeting. Our queries were not welcomed in a good manner. The hotel's location was quite good, just at a distance of about 5 minutes from the American Falls. The bed linen and bathroom towels had a very peculiar unhealthy smell. Overall not satisfied for the amount spent.

Bad Location - Racist management - unethical dennys

I would not recommend this hotel since this hotel have bad maintenance and management. Dirty old carpet, loud people , i could hear loud noise from people next door. Lousy reception and bad denny's management people in the hotel premise. Not worth for the money. Racist management, asian's and non-white please ignore this stay , better i suggest holiday inn or slightly expensive stay in near by location. In niagara everything is nearby , do not worry about your walk or drive, it is a must place to see but avoid a must not stay like this.

JUST OKAY , WOULDN'T GO OUT OF WAY TO STAY THERE AGAIN , BEST FEATURE WAS GOOD LOCATION FOR WALKING TO EVERYTHING ...

Needs Parking

The hotel was not set up for parking for all the rooms they have , it was over priced and not enough parking , I would suggest taking a passport and staying on the canadian side.

Dirty but Convienient

I'll make this short and simple. If you are just looking for a bed and a roof that is within walking distance to the Falls and the Casino then this is the place for you. Be prepared to have leftover food from the last room resident still present when you get to your room. Neither of the beds in the room had a fitted sheet, so if you toss and turn in your sleep you will quickly find yourself on the soiled mattress. Parking is unheard of, there is a grand total of 20 parking spaces for a hotel that fits hundreds. The hallway carpets look like the hotel personally hired someone to drop a cupful of soda on the ground every 5 steps. On the plus side the showers did have a massaging head, so if that's enough to overlook the other flaws then the Days Inn Niagara at the Falls is the place for you.

Not worth the money !!!

No Fridge and Closet - Check 5 Fire Sprinklers in 1 room - Check 1 of the lamps was burn and they didnt change it for 3 days - Check Dirty Bathroom with not working fan - Check Poor room cleaning - Check The underground garage under construction - Check High-speed internet losing connection every 5 min - Check Door between mine and my neighbor's room - Check The Hotel was probably nice and worth staying 10 years ago. Nothing has changed since then. I will not ever again stay in any of the Days Inn hotels.

Could have been better!!!

When I was staying, the place was under construction. The staff treats everyone as tourists and rarely expects a repeat business. They really did not care about guest comfort and were not even courteous with their greeting. The lobby carries the smell from the Denny's breakfast place. The pool was the only highlight of the hotel worth seeing!!! All other service was just a dismal OK.
