I expected for the Price

Lobby is great, the room was cold and damp. TV's in the room were from the 90's. Room overall was clean, i expected more for the price. Very few choices for meals within five minutes of the hotel.

Needs Improvement

I found the hotel atmosphere to be "cold." I didn't feel welcomed upon checking in. The hotel is a bit worn and to get in and out of the hotel parking lot was confusing. I would rather pay more money and feel like the hotel appreciated my business. By the way, the hotel wasn't busy at all during my stay, however, my room was so far from the elevator that it was next to an exit stairway. No, this wasn't worth the time or the money.

Did not receive room promised on Hotels.com

AC does not work very well. Front desk rep not very pleasant or accommodating.

Needs Improvement

we thought the hotel was over priced for what it offered wich was not much Brandons was overly priced and all though the portions generious, we didnt think the food was all that good for the money.staff was unfriendly, with the exception of house keeping they were very nice and helpful.the Hotel is nice but it left us feeling a little ripped off.........
