Trip Type: Special Event Review 1 of 39Customer No Service
The dead-bolt on the room door wouldn't lock. I had no hot water, and received no apology from the front desk. I was also disturbed by housekeeping personnel knocking on doors and saying "housekeeping". There's got to be a better way of getting the rooms cleaned without disturbing the guests who have not checked out. Overall this is typical of what passes for customer no service these days.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 2 of 39You have to fight to get your money back
The room was fine and got a great last minute deal, But the other guests slammed theirs doors at or before 7 am and it echoed throughout the hallways,I could hear the other rooms air coming on and off because the walls are thin, then I was charged an extra amount of money because we got there before noon and now I am fighting them for a deposit they charge everyone if the room is destroyed, it has been almost five days nothing yet and now I am being shuffled around to get answers. When I left I asked how long they said 72 hours for the refund.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 6 of 39Disappointed
I chose Best Western because my past experiences with them have been great, however this particular one was a disappointment. First, we were supposed to get a double queen room, which we did not get, then the room smelled bad. there was no parking in the front which is fin, but there is no entrance for those who park towards the back. You have to walk all the way to the front of the hotel carrying all your luggage. Definitely not convenient. Also, the second day when we came back to the hotel, we found our door open!! Definitely not a good feeling. breakfast was good though... at least.

Trip Type: Business Review 7 of 39noisy!
I stay in a lot of hotels and this hotel is one of the noisiest I've every experienced. There seemed to be a large, almost airplane engine sounding machine humming all night long. The room was small enough for me to feel cramped in...and I'm not a large person. Over all, I will stay elsewhere even if it costs me a bit more.

Poor customer service at front desk. Not enough persons, workers disinterested and unhelpful. Check out experience was particularly bad! Woman had no interest in helping me -- very rude!

Trip Type: Special Event Review 9 of 39Lousy room, lousy service.
We got to the room and wanted to just relax and watch some TV, but we couldn't find the remote. After about an hour of me standing by the TV while my mom tells me when to go up or down, we decided to call the front desk. The phone didn't work. I go up to the front desk and told her about the remote and the phone and she said, "Oh yeah, that phone doesn't work." So I said, "Well I just wanted to let you know so we don't get charged with anything when we leave. Could I possibly get a remote?" She called maintenence and they took one to the room. She also offered to move us to a different room, but when she checked, there were no other rooms available. That was fine, because I don't think we would've needed the phone anyway. When I get back to the room, my key suddenly doesn't work. I really didn't want to bother them again, so we just used one key for the remainder of the stay(which was only two days). Otherwise, beds were REDICULOUSLY comfortable!! I loved them. Pool was very nice and clean. Breakfast was good.

Trip Type: Family Review 10 of 39Nightmare Hotel Stay
There was a major water leak in the elevator shaft the whole time we were there. The elevators smelled horribly of mold. The sheets were dirty and gross. The wi-fi did not work, even after requesting a cord from the front desk.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 11 of 39Good Location, Bad Service, Clean Rooms
This hotel was in a good location and close to Dallas attractions. However, the service at this hotel was bad. The first day our toliet was clogged and we have to go down to the front desk and ask for a plunger because no one would come and unclog it. Service for extra towels was slow and the business center printers were not working and the front desk did nothing about it when told. Lastly, we called for a wake up call for 4am on our departure day for the airplane and the desk did not call us!!! Goood thing we set and alarm. However, the free breakfast was decent, rooms were clean, and the pool looked nice. I would recommend this for a one night stop over but not longer than that.

We were a little disappointed in this hotel. Our room had dirty underware in it when we arrived, and the maid would not dispose of it, so we had to. Our refrigerator didn't work, and was leaking water when we arrived. They didn't come fix it until the next day. The remote didn't work, but they replaced it immediately. I felt like I was constantly calling the front desk because something was broken or wasn't given to us after the room was cleaned(wash cloths and towels). On the up side, it was a good rate and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was easy to find. However, we will not stay here again.

Trip Type: Family Review 14 of 39Great hotel...not so great experience.
Hotel itself is very nice, better than expected. Rooms somewhat small, but very comfortable. The staff I dealt with were very helpful. Breakfast was quite good. Great experience until someone vandalized my vehicle in the hotel parking lot. Staff once again helpful, but the damage was done and our vacation was ruined before it had a chance to begin. Maybe security should make themselves more visible.
