Trip Type: Special Event Review 1 of 17Smelly
I only spent about 8 hours in the hotel. 7 of those were when i was sleeping. However, if I were to visit the area again I wouldn't choose this hotel. First impression of my room was that it smelled; it was like a mixture of bleach and body odor. I tried to air out my room while I was out but it was still there when I got back. Apart from the smell the stay was ok. The staff was friendly, the room was quiet, and the shower was warm.

Trip Type: Family Review 2 of 17Terrible
The electric/power was off most of the time. Only one staff member was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was disgusting. I picked up a "clean" fork with a hair wrapped around it. The cereal was not individual boxes, so who knows how long it's been sitting there. I couldn't eat there, so I had to go down the road to BK. No elevators. The room smelled very musty when we walked in. Luckily I had a can of Lysol with me. I definitely will not be staying here again.

Very thin walls! Small towels. Well-used furniture and linens. For the price we paid for Saturday -- definetly not worth it!

Bathroom fan did not work, coffeemaker in the room did not work and accidently discovered that housekeeping does not clean under the beds. Would of liked to see bigger continental breakfast.Always had to wait two or three people deep for the toaster.

Trip Type: Family Review 7 of 17Horrible smell
The smell in the hotel is very very bad, it is hard to breath there. We opened our window, but it did not help much. I guess it is the stuff they use to clean rooms or may be it is some kind of bugs spray...

Trip Type: With Friends Review 8 of 17Not the best
When we arrived in Niagara Falls, NY, we headed down Niagara Falls Blvd., as the directions say, but we realized by looking at house numbers that we'd gone too far. So, we turned around and still didn't find it. We searched for the house number for 20 minutes and then called to ask where the hotel was. The lady who answered had no clue and could not give us any sort of indication where to go except for saying "Don't pay attention to the numbers. They go up and down." Eventually, we found that after the house numbers on Niagara Falls Blvd. hit around 12000, they restart at 2000. Why? I have NO idea, but it is very, very frustrating. The hotel staff should have been able to explain how to get there from I-190, but they could not. Then, we found hairs in the bathroom, and the place had a pretty terrible smell.

The front desk was okay(don't expect a smile !) even though the microwave at the lobby was dirty with coffee spill and no one cared to clean it. There was a strong odor, whatever that may be, on the hallway upstairs and also on the bathroom. The swimming pool was like a dirty pond and probably was not cleaned for a week or so. My kids were so enthusiastic as hotels.com features listed the swimming pool but disappointed when we couldn't use it. The good part was the breakfast at least few bread slices, some danishes, coffee and waffles.
