THE REFRIGERATOR DID NOT WORK, THE TOLIET MADE A TERRIBLE NOISE, AND THE SHOWER DID NOT WORK PROPERLY. THE MAID SERVICE WAS POOR ONLY LEAVING ONE TOWEL AND NO BATH MAT FOR TWO PEOPLE. THE STAFF WAS UNFRIENDLY AND NOT HELPFUL WITH INFORMATION. HOWEVER THE BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND ROOM NICE AND LARGE AND COMFORTABLE

Trip Type: With Friends Review 3 of 25don't stay at this hotel
the staff is very unhelpful and rude. they do nothing with a smile and don't offer any assistance. the front desk consists of a young man claiming to be a manager who has no idea what he's doing, Ulla, the crazy foreigner who is very cold and not friendly. and a little Hispanic trainee that doesn't speak English. we waited in the lobby for FIVE hours before we got our room. their "complimentary breakfast" consists of cold bagels right out of the bag. they have ONE toaster and around 300 guests all trying to get 'breakfast.' oh. and no cream cheese. just jelly. we will never stay here again.

Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 4 of 25Needs work
Upon arrivial our room was a steamy 90+ degrees, wanting to get to sleep because it was 12AM we cranked up the A/C and found that the A/C was hardly strong enough to keep the room cool. At around 4 A.M. we finally fell asleep when the room cooled to about 80 degrees. I did ask for another room after arrival and the front desk told us they turn the A/C off in all rooms when guests are not booked. I would have though that they would have at least turned it on a few hours before we arrived. Secondly I found a sulfer stench filled the room around 6 A.M. so strong that it woke me from a strong somber. Overall we will not stay there again, the room was in poor condition and we found for just a little more money we could have stayed at a real hotel where they care for the guests.

I have stayed at this same hotel at least 10 times. The condition has deteareated. The cooldeck on the side walks to the pool are chipping off, attemped repairs have been made and the repairs are sloppy workmanship and there is scum and mold on the pool tile. My tub has mold in the tile grout, the tile grout on the floor at the entry has been repaired and the work was sloppy and vary unattractive. My patio furniture is cheap, plastic and vary dirty.

Trip Type: Family Review 6 of 25ran out
I asked for the creamer, the guy said ran out. I requested for the towels, the guy said ran out of towels. I requested for the more pillows, the guy said ran out. The next day around 6:45 am I went to get my coffee, there is no creamer and the guy said ran out of creamer.

In the room: 1 bottle of shampoo no conditioner, no reg coffee, lemon tea only. No breafast, was told that the food was not deliverd that morning, but we met a couple that told us there was no breafast serve for the past 3 days that they have been there. I had reserve 3 rooms so i took my 4 guests for breafast at a cost of $60+ We had stayed at this hotel in Nov 08 and were very satisfied but not this time

When we checked in they gave us a room that had NOT been cleaned yet. The beds were stripped and glasses outside the door. we now have to go back to our car and put some of our luggage back then go back to the front desk. We get to our room and needed to get a extra pillows and towels and THEY WERE OUT!! ( so they say.) The staff were pretty decent but their lack of supplies and first impression of the dirty room was all we needed to say we wont be stopping here again

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 12 of 25Not A Good Experience
This hotel is not "bad", it's just not good. Several small nagging problems cause me to rate it lower. Light bulb missing, broken screen, limited TV channels, no elevator, exercise room equipment broken. Further, the front desk help were not particularly friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was large.

Trip Type: Business Review 13 of 25If you're looking for good service, look elsewhere
What a dump. To start off the trip, they "lost" our reservation and were rude about trying to help us fix the problem. The rooms are outdated and gross, not to mention they have a real problem with water leaking in the rooms. The air conditioners look (and smell) as if they've never been cleaned before. Overall, the place is just sub-par. If you're looking for a good quality hotel, look elsewhere.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 14 of 25Check in was TERRIBLE!!
I have stayed here before and recommended this hotel to others from my group. Everyone's reservations were messed up. Front desk was unorganized and very unprofessional. After each of us waited several hours for room, they still weren't what we reserved. They actually checked me into someone else's room, which was still occupied.

Trip Type: Romance Review 15 of 25customer service needs more attention
We arrived at the hotel a little after 3:30 pm and there was only one person ahead of us but there was a problem with their room. We waited in line for about 15 minutes to check in becuase desite the fact that there was 1 other customer service rep behind the counter, that lady spend her time chit chatting with the other lady. I feel that she should have tried to help us check in, and the 2 other couples waiting behind us to get served as well. When we finally made it to the check in counter, we were told that our room was not ready yet and that it would be another 15 - 20 minutes. Considering that the check in policy was at 3pm and it was almost 4:00pm when we finally tried to check in - I found this extrmely disappointing. When we finally got to our room - it seemed ok. The one other issue I qould raise is that the toilet when flushed, is very noisy and when the tank refills itself, always sounded like it was clogged. After a few trial flushes, we assured ourselves it was fine to use but it's a terrible feeling to have to worry about using the bathroom if the toilet will flush or not.
