Trip Type: Romance Review 1 of 26Customer Service was Horrible!
We waited half an hour to check in because there was only one person behind the desk; mind you, we were one of the two couples on line. When we finally checked in, we were given wrong directions to the room, no apologies given. When we spoke with one of the customer service person, he got an attitude. We will not go back for this reason alone.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 2 of 26Walls were paper thin, manager not helpful
We could hear the conversations, cell phones ringing and toilets flushing in the room next store. I went to the front desk and spoke with the manager about the problems and asked to cancel my reservation for the second night. He never even apologized for the issues...We went to the Borgata the 2nd day. It was great, staff was friendly. I thought I wanted to stay at a hotel on the boardwalk so we can experience it....don't the boardwalk was shady! My husband didn't think it was safe enough for us to walk on it during dusk. You aren't missing anything if you don't stay on the boardwalk.

Trip Type: Romance Review 3 of 26Half and Half
Booked "deluxe" king room for 2 nights starting Friday. Got there around 8 PM. By that time, they were all sold out of kings so my husband and I had to take a double. I even asked for an upgrade but they said none were available. Hotel desk clerk was very rude and acted like I was bothering her by asking questions. They proceeded to put us in the worst tower (North), which was extremely run down. Rooms left a lot to be desired - window overlooked the lobby so it was extremely dark. A drunken party across the hall had us up all night! We called security but they never showed up. First thing the next morning I requested a room change, asking also that I be moved from the north tower. They told me it would cost more and only after complaining to the manager about my dissatisfaction since the minute I walked in the hotel was I given an upgrade at no cost. Moved to a newer tower the next night with king bed. It was like a totally different hotel..classy, clean, and a lot more quiet. Service overall at the hotel is mediocre at best. Gaming experience terrible...machines very tight and nobody seemed like they were winning. Advice to readers...don't book a deluxe room unless you're not expecting much, check in way before check in time if you want a king bed. Don't expect great customer service..you won't find it here...

Trip Type: With Friends Review 6 of 26First visit to Atlantic City
This was a very disappointing experience. The condition of the room was poor at best. There wasn't even a decent place for breakfast in the morning.

Trip Type: Family Review 8 of 26For what I paid not worth it.
I paid a high rate I guess because of the labor day weekend, and that is for the lowest standard room they have, which was in the old tower away from any views. Not worth it at all.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 9 of 26Terrible Staff!
The staff at the hotel was extremely rude and not helpful. They gave us a room that we did not book and made no effort to help us fix the problem. If it were not for hotels.com we would have had a very unsatisfactory visit in Atlantic City. I will never be going back to Ceasar's in AC again!

Trip Type: Family Review 10 of 26Needs Improvement
We stayed there for a total of 4 nights, the first night was good, but then it went downhill fast. Some of the elevators that we had to use where out of service most of the time, One day they only had one working out of 3. You could never to your room as you had to use your keycard to get to your floor. And the elevator would not accept it, then it would, it was a game with the elevators there. Then for two night was the pit’s if you where trying to sleep at all. We had a room that was attached to another with a door, and you talk about people being loud at 3 and 4am, Slamming doors, screaming, yelling. This went on for two nights in a row. Would I ever stay there again well that answer is NO! We have stayed at resorts and the Taj before and way better then Caesars is!

We supposed to have a room with a king size bed. But we only got a room has two beds. The room has a bad isolation and was noisy. The rest was ok.

Trip Type: Business Review 14 of 26Party Central
attened a convention and needed a nice place that was close - For the amount of $$ they charge they should at least provide earplugs! All through the night in my room all I could hear was the rings and blings of the slot machines--went to convention tried & upset at the lack of sleep.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 15 of 26Questionable
I chose to stay here over another hotel just because what I thought that hotel lacked in the casino this hotel would make up for in the room. I was wrong. When we got there the one parking garage was closed and we had to haul all of our luggage from the garage to our room. When asked to borrow a luggage cart, the bellman said he wouldnt go to the garage. I wasn't asking for him, just a cart. Second, when we tried to get room service it took an hour just to get a menu at 2pm. Why wasn't there a menu in the room?? To but it bluntly. . .we were tallying the points of Caesars vs. the other hotel we last stayed in. . . Caesars lost by alot. The only saving grace was its location to the outlets and the comfort of its bed. Overall, I will never stay here again.
