no computer terminal, breakfast was only cereal and toast, beds were old and worn.

It's an older hotel. It's clean and has wireless internet, but the rooms are smaller and not as comfortable. It's very close to airport and air plane traffic is noisy.

Needs Improvement

Air conditioner was not able to keep room cool. TV picture was poor.

Okay stay... nothing special

This hotel is currently undergoing renovations. The room was okay. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a refrigerator to use. The shower head was so low it was difficult to wash my hair (I am 5'9). Breakfast was very basic. Friendly front desk staff. Overall an okay experience but not really what I expected from La Quinta...

Needs Improvement

The hotel was ok for the price that we paid. The first thing we noticed was that the glass was taken out of our peephole and paper had been stuck into the hole so that you could not see in or out. The room was clean although it needed some maintenance. The best thing about the room were the beds which were surprisingly very comfortable! We have stayed at alot nicer La Quinta's across the country.

Don't leave anything unguarded

We checked out of the hotel and inadvertently left a jacket behind in the closet. Later that same day we called to have someone check and were told the cleaning service was gone for the day. No one knew if the item had been found when the room was cleaned. I suggested that with the condition of the room when we arrived there was no way anyone would have even checked in the closet. After much pleading they said they would go up to the room and check. The claim was the jacket was not there and we were left with following up with the cleaning service. No jacket returned!!!!

Hit or Miss

I have stayed at this hotel on and off for most of the last few months, and this place is good one time and terrible the next. This stay was the worst. It sounded like someone was actually hurting their child in the next room one night. The second night I had people using loud profanity from 12-2 am in the morning directly in front of my room (they were staying across the hall). Both times I notified hotel personnel and nothing seemed to get done. This place is cheap, and most times it is good, but when it is not, it is is really bad.

Unorganized

We arrived at this motel late in the evening and only planned to stay one night before catching an early morning flight. Upon checking in, we were given our room number and keys. Upon opening the door to our assigned room, we discovered another guest(partially clothed) laying on the bed with his laptop computer. Imagine his and our surprise! He had been assigned the same room. We returned to the desk clerk and made her aware of the problem. She did not seem to upset about the situation and assigned us another room. Needless to say, we did not have a peaceful night wondering if someone would walk into our room.

Never again!

Almost never any service at the front desk. No cups provided in room when I checked in. Front desk sent maid. Same thing the next day and it was "come get them yourself from the breakfast room". Sheesh! Waffle iron out of order in the breakfast room. Guest laundry out of order. Walls so thin I could here the person in the next room snoring! And a drunk banging on his roommate's door for 20 minutes during the wee hours of one morning with no security to stop him. Never again!

Complimentary Coffee and Roaches with every room

I was woken up at 1am by some horrible noise from the room next to me. Not sure what was going on, but the real issues was the 3.5in roach staring me in the face on the night stand when I turned on the light. Found an entire family of them behind the nightstand. It appears these were transported from somewhere in the south because I’ve never seen roaches that large in California before. I was given another room on request, but the odor of bug spray could kill a roach 20miles away. Ask for another room, they had none, so I had to endure.
