Trip Type: Business Review 1 of 7Not What I Expected
I was not impressed with this hotel save the view, and the concierge. The room was small, not cozy small, just small – this was my second trip to this hotel and I saved the review for the second experience. I had a lot of street noise, but the hotel is situated in the most posh neighborhood in Moscow. The walk around is beautiful, near fabulous shopping, and it boasts a world-class café in the lobby. One thing you must accept in Moscow is that you will pay for everything. They have not got the ‘comped’ customer service down at all. Because of this fact they will lose the semi-casual traveler. The desk staff struggled with English, French, and German (I tried all three), and I could not even ask for a sparkling water without the saving technology on my iPhone. The concierge however, spoke wonderful English, had a command of all there was to do in the area. The concierge provided a hotel car with driver for the price of any street taxi. Keep the concierge’s card handy, gird your wallet and enjoy one of the most exotic and beautiful cities in the world.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 3 of 7Great hotel
Great location...breakfast is outrageously expensive though so go across to the street to the market and they have individual pastries. Also, the people in the Business Center can be quite rude but I would stay there again.

Trip Type: Family Review 4 of 7Fantastic
Loved it. Was able to walk to Abat street every night for dinner and Red Square/Kremlin was also walking distance. Also a supermarket is right across the street to buy muffins and things because breakfast in the hotel is quite pricey.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 5 of 7Fabulous
Great location, we were able to walk to Arbat street, the Kremlin and Red Square. Very clean and the staff, while not overly helpful, spoke English and got us everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again. Just be aware that breakfast is very expensive as is the bar on the first floor. But there is a supermarket just across the main street in front of the hotel where you can buy muffins and things to eat in the morning in your room. There is an electric tea kettle and instant coffe in the room as well.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 7 of 7Outstanding hotel, Room was great, Staff Very Friendly
Really enjoyed our stay at hotel! The room was excellent! The staff was very nice and personable. We were extremely jet lagged coming from usa and were able to get tea and coffee at 4-5am! We are going back in 6 weeks (adopting a baby from russia) and can't wait because we really enjoyed it!
