Trip Type: With Friends Review 1 of 17Perfect place to ruin your trip
1. the room is small like a shoe box; 2. I've never seen a hotel room without carpet until coming here; 3. If the bathtub doesn't drain the water, you will have to take a bath instead of a shower. Because no one is going to help you to fix it within 40 minutes. By the way, don't call! Because the front desk might hang up on you any second; 4. You will wake up at 9am everyday without a problem. The cleaning ladies will be your alarm when they clean your next room; 5. Don't drive here. No parking available.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 2 of 17Not Worth the Price
The cost of the hotel did not match my expectations and comfort. After driving 10 hours to get to this hotel we were told it was in our best interest to use public parking several blocks away as the security for the hotel parking is inadequate. Additionally, the room was sooo small, the view was basically another section of the hotel, which left me with a feeling of being in a basement apt. Lastly, the towels were awful! They left lint all over. We gave up and used the hairdryer to dry our skins off. The only thing that was pleasing about this hotel was the location.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 3 of 17Great location, small room
We're not very picky people. We chose this hotel because it was the cheapest in the downtown that night and we spent a lot of money the night before at a specialty hotel. Overall, it was an ok one night stay. The hotel was well kept and our room was clean but very small. I didn't mind it except for the fact that our luggage took up almost all of the open space in the room (2 small suitcases), so it became a bit difficult to manuever around the room. Also, hard to find room to put your toiletries in the bathroom. Very very little counter space. We had little interaction with the hotel staff but check in and check out were a breeze. The location is VERY convenient to all downtown attractions, restaurants and bars. My biggest complaint is that the air conditioner literally sounded like we were sleeping next to a locomotive. It was extrememly loud and made for a less than restful night of sleep. Could just be that room, though. Good for a one night stay tops.

The Deluxe Queen room was extrodinarly small. The room service food was a lot to be desired. One of the front lobby reception representive was very rude.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 5 of 17not a good neighborhood
Hotel was fine but my car was broken into in the parking lot next door (the only parking near the hotel). Not a great experience or neighborhood.

The room was extremly tiny, we asked for two beds and got two child side toddler beds. If felt like we were at camp with the boyscouts, the only thing nice about this hotel is the location. We could have stayed at a dive and been just as happy. Not worth the money they make you pay.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 7 of 17It's Alright
The hotel itself isn't bad if you're going to be traveling alone or with one other person, but the rooms are very small, and there are few options to increase the size or comfort of the room. I didn't find the hotel staff to be extremely helpful or friendly, some of them were, but, as an example, I told the desk staff that the wireless internet wasn't working and they got upset and told me I should have reported it sooner, despite the fact that we learned it wasn't working at around midnight the previous night, and I told them the following morning.

There was barely enough room for our luggage and us. Very narrow space to walk between walls, furniture and doors.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 9 of 17Nothing Special
Our stay was nice, but nothing to write home about. The staff was friendly, however the internet fee was quite high. The room was surprisingly small for the cost we paid. You could hear everthing from the surrounding rooms, and at checkout time the elevators were so busy we walked down 8 flights of stairs.. only to be let out in the back of the hotel in the pouring rain. Valet service would have been nice, as we had to park far away and carry our bags through the rain and snow.

My boyfriend and I went to Toronto to see a concert, so we were just at the hotel one night. The hotel staff were amazing. Checking in early as requested was granted. Parking was great, underground right next to the hotel for only $14.00. The room cleanliness was very poor, especially the bathroom floor and tub. The room was extremely small, felt very cramped and the bed was uncomfortable. This room would be adequate for one person to stay in.

the room was so small that the two of us were bumping into each other. The closet was a hole in the wall barely enough to fit my clothes for the 3 days that we stayed there. I ordered the deluxe room and boy was that deceiving. When we arrived we upgraded to the corp room for an additional 20.00 per day but after looking at it, it was smaller than the deluxe, so we cancelled it and went back to the original tiny room. I lugged my laptop with me and because I did not have a wireless laptop there was no facility to hook up unless I wanted to pay yet more money to use the business centre. What a complete rip off. The rooms on line are very deceiving and your company should be ashamed to have that property on your list

The lobby and front office staff were exceptional. They were very helpful and the lobby impeccable. Once I got to the room, it was a heavy stale smoke smell and the room was outdated and uncomfortable. There was barely a desk with no room on it or a chair and I had to take the phone from across the room so I can do some work.
