Some of the property decor were broken and held together with bungee rope and there were a lot of ants in our room. It definitely was not worth the money we paid, next time we will be staying in a different hotel.

the hot tub was not working, but that was not a big deal. the reason I will not recomend this hotel was we had to move to another room because of bed bugs. I was very much considering moving to another hotel that night.

The room was not very clean, we were right by the elevator and the stairs. All we heard all night were doors being slammed shut and people talking and yelling. Parking was awful, you had to leave your keys so that they could move your car to let other people get out and you had to pay $5. The only good part of this stay was that we were right on the beach. We will not stay at this motel again.

The descriptions of what amenities the rooms had were not specific enough to make an informed decision about what room we wanted. It wasn't until we arrived at the hotel that we found out, not all hotel room selections were available on hotels.com web site, but were available at the hotel. If I am contracting for a hotel room at hotels.com, I shouldn't have to contact a hotel to find out ANY additional information. Hotels.com should have it all. And in the case of a discrepancy between pricing, hotels.com should promptly refund unearned commissions, which in this case, they did. As for hotel rating, the Boardwalk Inn & Suites was on par with the rating. There were good things about the hotel and so-so things about it. Would we go back? Being former residents of the area, probably not. We know we could've paid less and got more somewhere else. We wanted to give this hotel a chance.

The hotel is not worth the money at all. The room was smelled really bad The housekeepers did not even clean the room the next day. There is a bar across the street that is SO loud, you cannot sleep. Tried to hit me upon checkout with an extra $30. They said it was for having a safe in the room (which i ddint use) and for parking (which i thought was free) Pool deck was discusting Overall horrible experience. Will never return! Spend a few extra dollars and go somewhere else. Looks nice int he pics, but looks are decieving!!!!

Over rated, not worth the price charged, better hotels in the immediate area, staff poorly trained, towels tread wore need to be replaced, parking a problem, will never use or recommend this hotel to anyone even my worst enemy. Advertisement sounds great, but all hype, I was very disappointed.

Trip Type: Romance Review 13 of 26needs better managment
I was woken up at 2am on Saturday nigth by very loud music and loud voices. at around 2:30am i reported to front desk. Who sent security to worn them of the report. The guest did turn down the music for about 20minutes before turning up the volume again. I called front desk again 3:30am they came up again and requested them to turn down the volume. Never the less the music conitued and i did not get any sleep. To find out later that day, I was the only ones who heard the noise due to the fact i was in a connecting room. I was not given any discounts or accomidations. I was more or less told sorry and i was in Daytona!!! I recommended that they not put anyone else in the connection room if the loud guest were going to conitue staying there.
