was not informed until too late that there is a $38.00 per day car parking fee. Had a bathroom fan and hall light thet didn't work and were not addressed after reporting the problems Had only enough bathroom supplies for one person, while it was booked as double occupancy.

Great hotel unfortunately my daughter's ipod got stolen

The hotel was very clean and the staff was nice! However, my daughter's ipod was stolen while we left it in the room to go sightseeing. They also got the food order wrong and didn't offer to fix it.....ordered pasta without sauce and got it with sauce. The comment I received when I called room service to correct the order was "the person who took order and the person who cooked it had a miss communication and there is not too much sauce on the pasta so it should be okay". My daughter did not eat it and had only a glass a milk. I would recommend that whoever stays here lock up all their expensive belongs in the safe.

The hotel was nice. However, customer service was horrible. I was first treated like I didn't belong there. Secondly, I had several problems with my room getting cleaned, getting ice and room service

My room was not cleaned by 2pm, at which point I put the do not disturb sign up unitl 5pm - but no one ever came to clean it. I requested a NYTimes newspaper, but it was not delivered during my 2 day stay.

Renovations

We were not told the hotel was under major renovations. It was noisy in the early mornings with the workers doing various renovations. The wireless internet did not work the entire time we were there. I really think we should have been given a cheaper rate per night because of these inconveniences. The staff was very friendly though.

Need Improvement

I have stayed at a lot of Westin's and this one is definetely in need of a makeover. We did see they have plans and are in the progress of redoing the hotel.
