Trip Type: Romance Review 1 of 15Never again even if it was free!!!
Spent 2 nights here & was the worst hotel experience of my life! Besides the location of the hotel, the service was horrible. When I checked-in, I asked (nicely) if I could have a room away from other guests since I'm a light sleeper...It was a simple question yet the guy was rude & gave me an attitude about it being full that night as if I already knew that (obviously I didn't). The worst part is that there were 2 temperatures for the shower...COLD & COLDER!!! I felt bad especially for my girlfriend. I complained 3-times yet none of my 3 complaints ever of the same issue got resolved. Just horrible, I highly recommend staying away...

Trip Type: Special Event Review 2 of 15Dissapointment starts at the check-in
We were a late arrival. Greeted, and I use the term very loosely, by a front desk personnel that didn't even look at me let alone acknowledge my existance until a TV commerical came on. Again, even thou he spoke there was no eye contact, no verbal exchange of information regarding my room, the hotel, etc. We booked business class, yet didn't get it. Our room smelled of cigareetes, even thou we booked non-smoking.

It was a nice hotel not really conveinent to alot of stuff. The rooms were not clean and it was very small. Could barely fit our family. The pool area was nice though.

No wireless internet service in the rooms; dialup service was available, but didn't even work. Gym was pretty good.

Trip Type: Romance Review 6 of 15Very difficult to get to
The hotel was fine for the price I paid, but it's tricky to get to from the freeway and there is a LOT of traffic noise. I stayed on the eighth floor and could hear the traffic loud and clear.

Only 1 of the 3 elevators worked. Only 2 luggage carts for the entire hotel. Very small room for 4 people. Called front desk for extra towels and never received them.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 14 of 15Please don't stay here and waste your money
The pool was very dirty and could not be used, their was nobody to help you with your items once you arrived. They dident explain all the details of the stay clearly. They were rude when it came to being seated for breakfast wtih the other staff that was working in the area. The Front check in Lady would not let us be seated by other staff because she felt it was her job and by doing so she made remarks to other staff in the area that did not sound like she should be working in that positon. When we were seated we waited for someone to take our order and when we did they just pointed us to the serving line. In the middle of our meal we were giving the bill which should of been covered by the room. Well she began to tell us that the items that we were eating were not covered. So we replied by well nobody took the time to tell us what was covered. She bagan to tell us in a rude manner the the hotel is not going to cover the cost and you just have to deal with it. I told her its not about the money its that someone should of taken the time to say something before we seated. And when I asked the person that seated us she said it was not her responsibility to do so. I went to the front desk and said it would have been nice if you would tell the geust up front what they get with their room before they are almost done with teir meal. It just was not done right and with all the other things that we did not get with the room like the pool being worked on nodody told us that was going to be taken place. I just feel that I paid to much for very little and that is just how I feel. I travel alot and this was the first time I stayed with your hotel and it will be the last Im sorry to say.
