The room was from the 60's at best. Not a good smell, our shoes seem to stick to the carpet. The casino was friendly, average drink service, we slept in our clothes to feel safer on the bed. I am not going to tell any of our friends to stay here.

I rented this hotel to see enjoy the pool . The pool is old . The service at the pool is horrible . The lifegaurd is rude and obnoxious . The jacuzzi is disgusting . There's a yellow line around the jacuzzi . You can tell it's really old . There was mold on the handle to go in . I stayed at thr renzevenous tower which is nice . The bathroom makes the room . Cause the room it self needs to be really modernized . But from what I seen on my way to the pool the ocean tower is old as dirt . Even the door numbers look like the orginial numbers from when the hotel opened . Up the block is 2 more motels . Which look scary . I must admit the check in and valet bell boy were all wonderful .If you just wan t a room to sleep in and want a kinda motel room look then this is for you but if you wanna impress someone and get you moneys worth stay at the harras!!!! The best .

Our stay at Resorts was a bit of a disappointment. Overall the room was clean and airconditioned but, the bedspread had a hole and one of the three pillows had a cigarette burn. We had also requested a non-smoking room, yet when we stepped outside of our room the hallway smelled of cigarettes. We just wished that the room had been closer to the boardwalk and restaurants. The hotel staff was helpful and professional.

The hotel was old and needs updating. The pool and spa were also old and the fitness center was a joke. The staff were rude. There was no safe in the room. My clothes that were hanging in the closet were permeated with smoke.

Never would stay at Resorts again to be honest. After waiting in line for an hour to check in (only 2 people at a desk that can hold 8 agents), they informed us that no early check was available and neither could they proved a late check out. We were finally given a room at 4pm and barely was able to spend any time in the ocean at all. Room was fine and no issues with maid service. Sunday Buffet dinner/lunch was great and they had good wait staff there. Breakfast the next morning however found only one al-a-carte restaurant open in the whole casino and (naturally) a super long line. It was an hour wait for expensive eggs.

The check in wait was 2 hours, they never sent us hand towels when we requested them, and the pool closes at 6:00 PM and you neet to carry the packet with your room number on it to get into the pool. A very unhappy camper

The check in wait was two hours. We had no hand towels and called houeskeeping for the and we never received them. We had to run the shower the whole way hot to be able to take a shower without freezing for the entire stay. The pool closes at 6:00PM, what is that all about?

The room could have been cleaner, but I would not call it dirty. It was just old and not kept up. The bathroom was very small, and there was no place to put a toothbrush, much less makeup and women's products. There was a small shelf above the toliet (my mascara nearly fell in)! There was no coffee pot in the room so we had to order room service. It was a smoking room that did not reek, a big plus. The lines were long checking in and out, and at the bell desk. The people were friendly enough and professional. Thanks to Hotels.com we had a fairly good rate, but next time we may pay more for a different hotel.

We didnt have any wireless internet in our room only wired and for an extra charge. The description said that they had HBO, which they didnt. A little understaffed for the check in. Food at the buffet got us sick. Besides that, good price, good location.

The people that work in Resorts Casino Hotel, AC, were the most rude people ever. The service was very lacking. And unless you want to pay $2.50 for a cup of coffee every morning, take your coffee pot, there wasn't one in the room. There was hair on the bathroom floor. The best part was that we could open our windows, unlike modern hotels. But,We won't be going back.
