Dead bugs through out room and in beds. Also encountered hair and cut toe nails on carpet. The breakfast should be avoided! There is a First Watch nearby.

disappointing

The hotel was very close to Busch Gardens. The Hotel offers what they call a shuttle to Busch Gardens but it is a joke. They will drop you off in the am and only pick back up at 6:30pm no matter what time the park closes. The girl at the front desk suggested taking a cab back from the park if we wanted to stay until the park closed. Their "hot" breakfast was barely edible. I wouldn't serve it let alone eat it. It was really gross. The room was fairly clean and offers sleeping for 6 people with 2 dbl beds and a sleeper sofa. The hotel was really noisy with people screaming in the pool at all hours and kids running up and down the halls. If you want cheap and just a place to crash it may suit you. I recommend staying somewhere else. It may cost more but you will be happier you did.

OK, may want to spend a few more $ for nicer place.

It is an affordable hotel, the room was not fancy, but clean, the bed was comfortable, the pool area was very nice, the breakfast was not good, would not recommend, the breakfast area not too nice, and be careful renting the movies they were supposed to be 13.99 + tax, ended up being over $19 for one movie.

pool & jacuzzi close at 10p. rats in the pool area - beds very hard. Staff very friendly

Too expensive for what you get

Room was ok but a bit seedy looking. Breakfast was inferior to other Best Western Hotels. Price was about double the usual Best Western Hotel.

I was somewhat dissapointed

My family and I arrived at the hotel after midnight and very tired from a long drive in. The check-in process was nice and fast and the room was nice and clean. The temperature in the room was warm and although the thermostat said it was 71 degrees it felt more like closer to 80. Manipulating the AC device did nothing to change the temperature. I was promised free wireless and could not get a signal. I called the troubleshooting number provided and they said there was nothing they could do, it was definetly a brush off. When I checked out I advised the front desk about the problem they said the system had been down since the previous day. I was dissapointed that I was not informed of this when checking in or when I called the troubleshooter. Needing to go online to research some work, I wasted a good hour trying to get a signal.

low rent hotel

other than the $1 beers at teh pool bar durign happy hour, the hotel was awful. Uncomfortable beds, low quality towels, not particularly clean.
