Lost its appeal...

We have stayed here in the past and been happy, but that was when the stadium was close. Now, the service was horrible (couldn't find the front desk attendant upon arrival) and it just seemed things were not as appealing as before. We won't be back.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

First of all the hotel is very hard to get to off the free way. It is an odd spot and bad neighborhood. Secondly the service is not what you expect according to their description. This hotel does not have any security patrolling the premises. I stayed there one night and my car was stolen. They did not help me in any way other than a sorry. My car ended up with no wheels or tires and I had to rent a car to get back home which was 1200 miles away. I had my hopes up for this hotel but they let me down. I would recommend that you stay away from this hotel not unless you want poor service and your belongings taken.

Hotel Accomodations

The hotel was in an excellant location however,you could tell that there had been some water damage to the room. The carpet needs to be removed and there was aater stain on the door. There was an odor in the room and it had us sneezing. I will not stay there again. They need to do some renovations.

Horrible!

My stay at this hotel was a nightmare. There were bugs in my room and the front desk clerk that was there the morning of the 6th of August was rude. The room was prepaid so I couldn't check-out the next morning or I would have. The only thing that made it almost o.k. was the indoor pool.

Hotel Worn Out

Hotel in poor condition and the help could care less about your needs. They all acted like you were causing problems when asking for something. Alarm clock went off in empty room next to me at 11 pm and ran for an hour and half before someone would come up and shut off. I called twice to complain. Lights broken in room not very clean. And the breakfast in morning was a joke.I would not recommend and will not go back too many other choices around Dallas Love Field.

Satisfactory Hotel

Room was ok and clean for the most part. Managers and clerks didn't speak very good english so a bit of a communication barrier. Also, there were no safes in the rooms so there's no way to secure valuables.

Needs improvement

There was no room for us when we arrived. The first key they gave us was to a room that already had people sleeping in it. The next room they gave us had 2 dead roaches by the window. The next night when we arrived back at our room the keys did not work and we had to go down and get new ones. Shuttle service however, was wonderful and took us anywhere within a 5 mile radius for free.

overall, ok

The motel is clean and neat, and the staff is satisfactory. The airconditioning unit in my room wasn't cool or cold, and this on a hot August night, but as soon as I called the front desk, the very nice man there gave me another room, coming down the hall to bring me the new room "key." I couldn't have asked anyone to be any nicer and more professional; the new room had wonderfully cold air. The hotel has a nice inside pool for those who enjoy that, and as I said, everything was clean, neat, and basically new looking.
