Needs to have cleaner rooms. Plus waste containers in bathrooms. Only one chair in room, when there was two persons. Elevators were not working. Had to use service elevator. Employees not very friendly.

If You Don't Mind The Shuttle...

I booked this room thinking that I would be staying in a hotel that was attached or next door to the casino - wrong! Turns out, we were down the road from the casino and had to take a shuttle bus (which stopped at 3am) to and from the casino. I was no impressed.

Worst place ever

The service i got was very poor, no customer service at all, i requested a non smoking room just to be given a smoking room with no warning, and when i asked if i could get another room(non Smoking) the front dest was very rude and was not sorry at all. I was in SHOCK!!! Since i believe in customer satisfation.

Needs Inprovement

The room was a smoking room which I did not request. It smelled like an ashtray and I am a smoker but do not like smoking rooms or smoke inside a hotel or my home. The air was set at 72 degrees and when you tried to lower the temperature, the unit barely ran with only one small air stream coming thru so the circulation of the air was very poor. The carpet was filthy. While taking a bath, the toilet was open, and when I looked to the right toward the toilet, oh my goodness, whoever is cleaning the toilet does a poor job and it wasn't our waste, we had just gotten there! The ceiling/wall moldings was coming apart from the wall in some areas and had a black color where the molding met the ceiling. I was very disappointed. I stayed at this hotel a few years ago when it was the Grand and I could not believe how the rooms had not been maintained. I will never stay there again and would recommend that one think twice before staying there. The check in staff and the staff at the snack bar acted as if it was an imposition to assist you. I wondered if these people did not realize how thankful one should be that they actually still have a job in this economy.

good price but bad service

My wife and I were supposed to get a king size bed instead we got 2 queens. That wasn't what we reservered. Also i thought i was getting a $25 food and beverage voucher for every day i stayed there, but it turned out it was $25 for each visit, which is ridicoulous. But the hotel manager agreed with me and credited my account which was nice but i had to come out of the casio back to the front desk and deal with it. On our last night my wife wanted to buy some cupcakes from the bar at the terrace to use up our remaining food credits and the bartender got an attitude with her because he didn't now how to handle a food voucher. He said,"What do you think i'm stupid, i'm not taking that!" So we had a good time but it was not perfect by any means.
