Needs imrovement

Parking is bad. The lobby and room smells. Not very helpful reception desk.

Horrible Customer Service

The hotel overall was very nice and had a great location for the price. The free parking was a nice bonus. However the customer service was horrific. Any problems that came up were not dealt with and there was a general vibe of just not caring within the staff

Dirty Room

We first got there and the room we were given had not been cleaned at all. Beds weren't made, trash on floor and a pair of underwear on the floor as well.

The worst I've ever stayed in!

Extremely rude staff (to the point where I could not believe my ears...it's like they were doing me a huge favor to let me stay at their "great" hotel), tiny room & even tinier bed, dirty bathroom, M&M wraps under the nightstand (and many other such brands under the bed), unfriendly overall aspect, decent location at most! I would not stay there again even if I could do it free of charge!

As expected for the price

Convenient location for Cambridge business. Relatively pain free to find. Basically average overall hotel conditions, but alittle disappointed with room size and a few stains on the walls. 2&1/2 star rating is about right.
