Days Inn Windcrest

I would not have paid regular price for this room.....

I arrived at 8 pm and I waited for 20 minutes before I got attended to. They don't change the sheets to the bed, the towels are old and they still had some stains. The most important one of all is I left a pair of expensive Nike shoes behind and when I called to ask if they can ship them to me they claimed they found nothing. The sad thing about it is that I know for a fact I forgot them there. shoeless me, San Antonio Texas

Last Time Stay

--Towels for 3 with 4 in room. Bathtowels too small for adults. --Men drinking outside the rooms till 2-3 AM with loud talking on walkway does not make a good setting for children and/or family.

Hard to get there~

You can see big sign borad of inn at the side of highway, but you will stray around inn. As like other reviews, the train!! was likely to tear down my room and whole building. Well, This inn was cheap. also, you can find another inn where is better condition even with same burget.

Okay, borderline between good and bad

The hotel was okay for the price that I paid, however, I did not like the fact that the room was not picked up after the first stay. The bed was made very sloppy, and you could tell that they just through the covers on. The bed was uncomfortable and really hard. I have to say that on a positive note, the room was spacious and had the standard features. It was quiet, and it was not such a bad location. All in all, you get for what you pay, however, it is my opinion that you can do a little better for the same price.

NEED IMPROVEMENT

The room should have been ready at 12:00pm we got there after 2 pm, and requested non-smoking. The rooms was not ready and they was for smoking. I was not please the pipes in the restroom make nosies at night and the train came it seem light the room was shaking.

Needs Improvement

Over all did not have anything showing i booket a room there. Rooms are a little ran down.

Bad Hotel

Hotel is next to adult store, next to railroad tracks and Highway. It is very noisy. It is not a very child friendly side of town. We stayed 2 nights and housekeeping did not come in to clean our room or bring clean towels, when I went to tell the front desks they wanted me to bring all our dirty towels down to them and then they would give us clean towels. Room did not have micro/fridge like it stated in the reservation. Overall it was a bad experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Feet were black from walking on carpet - needs cleaning!

The carpet needed cleaning, the microwave didn't work and they only gave you one hand towel and 1 wash clothe for two adults registered for the room. For the price is should have been nicer.

Worst for the money

The service attendant was impolite and very indifferent.

Run Down Hotel

Air conditioning unit had only 2 settings for cold air. The coldest setting was way too cold for comfort and it blew too much air creating a cold breeze that made the room very uncomfortable. Room was recently repainted but not painted by professionals as masking tape was not used and the mirror in bathroom had paint around the edges.

Not that good

The rooms were clean, but in the morning there was no hot water in the shower. I would not go back to this hotel again.
