Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 2 of 6Poor Room Location
The hotel is undergoing construction, and on a night where there were other rooms that were obviously vacant, me, my wife and child were placed in a room directly next to the area being renovated. The room we were given also looked as though it was undergoing renovations, as there were walls where sheetrock had clearly been hung recently, and sliding doors that were not on track and didn't have hardware, etc. The beds were awful in that the mattresses were extemely worn and creaked loudly at any movement. At check out time there was no attendant and no key drop, so I had to leave the keys on the doorhandle to the office. I will NEVER stay there again, far too much money for such shabby accomodations.

This hotel should be removed from Hotels.com stock. Tiny cramped room (bed wedged against bathroom door) adjoining the reception area; where we had to listen to the conversations of the staff. Paper thin walls and ceiling (could hear conversations upstairs and the showers felt like they were running down our wall). Cold showers; twice 5pm and 4:30am. Evasive staff (no one could be raised at 4:30am regarding the cold water). Planes overhead. Middle of nowhere. Worse than a back packers.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 4 of 6Lower your expectations
This hotel looks like it has been around a long time. The area is charming, but the hotel itself, while clean and updated, lacks elevators or even air conditioning. The desk is not 24 hours. We chose it because it is close to Logan Airport and we had crack-of-dawn flights. The arrangement is, well, unusual in that there is a communal kitchen area. It looked like some guests were staying more as boarders than hotel overnight guests. Maybe the surprise of unexpected configuration was the main problem. I have stayed in worse! It might be miserable on a hot Summer day.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 5 of 6Less than expected
The picture of the Inn was what sold me on making the reservation. When I arrived I stayed in a building off of the main building which was a little dissapointing. The room contained two queen beds, bath, tv, and was nice but connected to a common room with a kitchen, lounge and tv area for the other two rooms. When I got up in the morning to shower before heading to the airport I discovered that there was no hot water. Cold shower in the morning not good. No internet service. I thought the neighborhood it was located in was great and may have been fun to explore if one had time. It was also hard to find. If you have time and an adventureous spirit it could be fun to stay here.

Trip Type: Business Review 6 of 6Scared for my life!
This place is a DUMP!!! The neighborhood is not acceptable. It was obvious that the facility is used for low-income housing. I was on the lower level and no shades on my door or window. The police were arresting someone in the parking lot. That was the only time I felt that no one would break into my room.
