Handicap access

While the overall experience was good, the hotel lacked any facilities for handicapped patrons. No elevator, no handicapped parking, and narrow, confusing hallways that were difficult to navigate. We have come to take these necessities for granted and when they are not present, it sticks out.

Loved the in-room jacuzzi

We had a fireplace and jacuzzi in our room. It was wonderful! The front desk people were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great. I spent alot of time in the room working while my husband was at a conference. It was a beautiful view out the window and the fireplace was a nice distraction.

Great room for the money

Booked a room with a fireplace & it turned out to also have a jacuzzi and was actually a suite. We loved it and actually stayed an extra night.

The property is very unique, things to remember, the desk is not open 24-7 and there is really no way to get a hold of anyone. I figured this out when I went to use the wireless and it required a pass key. If I had a problem there message service gives a number for technical support but it was use less.

Very Cozy

Really enjoyed this hotel in Aspen. It was located within walking distance to town and quite reasonably priced for the area. Our room was cozy and included a fireplace with wood and fire starters. The breakfast was decent. An all around good experience.

Great Hotel

We enjoyed our stay. Small hotel in the heart of Aspen. We could walk easily to all attractions. Price was the most reasonable in town. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast too.

I'd recommend this hotel

The rooms were updated and modern. Great location! Just a short walk to Aspen square. Quiet hotel with friendly staff. Pool and hot tub was great. Quiet and relaxing!

Decent Place to Stay

This hotel was decent for the price and for the fact that it was booked one day before needed. It is in the middle of town which is great since it is within easy walking distance of the downtown (mall) area of the town and all the attractions. The room and bathroom were small, but they were nice. Flat screen TV with lots of channels and an alarm clock that I could use my ipod in. There is not much parking available. I would definately stay at this location again.

Needs Improvement

I was told by Hotel.com that this was a 4 star location. My expectations were too high.

great room for the money

warm, cozy and comfortable, service was excellent they fed exed my luggage for me and even taped it up and filled out the form. very helpful with directions around town. I will go back and stay again.
