Needs more improvement

Had to change rooms twice. Desk clerk told me room had 2 king beds - only had 2 double beds. Changed to room with 1 king bed. That evening, found bathroom ceiling all wet -- major leak upstairs. Had to change rooms again at 9 pm. At least they comp'd us for 2 breakfasts! Also, daytime work in hotel - felt like jack-hammering vibrations & sound. Hotel is undergoing renovation. Lobby areas very nice; hotel room need more work.

Needs improvement-

I stay at the hotel for one night and the room was dirty (stained on the walls in the bathroom). I tried to take a shower on as soon as I arrived and the bathtub did not drain properly. By the time I finished showering the water in the tub was to the top of the tub. I called the front desk to inform them and they never responded to my needs.

STAY AWAY!!!!

Worst service in my life. This place was employed with unhappy, rude, incompitent peopl. I was with a group of over 20 people & we ALL felt that this was the worst hotel ever!! Can't say enough...just stay away. Well worth it to pay more & stay elseehere!!

You have to pay $14.00 a night for parking

They did not tell us how to get to our room, Maids start knocking at 900am and 14.00 a night for parking!

Nothing is Complimentary

Our biggest issues were the lack of free breakfast and having to pay alot for parking. We asked the gal at the front desk if there was a continental breakfast. She said yes and directed us where to go the following morning. We did and the breakfast was good. Then I was slipped the bill for breakfast. 46.00 for an omlette and a couple strips of bacon? At least the look on my face made my family laugh. Any guest at any hotel should not have to pay ten dollars a day to park their vehicle- it should be part of the rate. They told us it was because everywhere close to the airport charged, but come on, we are staying there! What were we suppossed to do? Park our car at Target two miles down the street?

Disappointed

I stayed at this Hotel last weekend for 2 nights while visiting Universal Studios. I booked a 2 night Executive Smoking Room stay, and I got a deal through Hotels.com for the Friday Night free. When we got there, they did not have any smoking rooms. So the person at the front desk gave us a regular room that was smoking on the first floor instead. I had no problem with this, and I actually enjoyed the room. However, When I got home and I checked my account, I had been billed by the Radisson Hotel for an extra 130.00. I tried contacting the Manager several times, and the front desk assistant only connects me to lines that go straight to a machine. They have BAD customer service and they are not very helpful to me in this situation. I have no reason to be billed because I paid through Hotels.com and the manager has yettto call me back. I do nog recommend this hotel to anyone.

the chair in the room smelled like urine, i contacted the manager and they replaced the chair and gave me free breakfast the next morning.

Older rooms/interior

I thought the hotel was older...it needs to be rennovated...its ok if you want to stay a night but if you plan to be there for more, I would suggest looking something nicer...however, for the price that I paid in LA, it was not too bad
