Trip Type: Business Review 1 of 37You get what you pay for
What can I say the price was cheap. On the plus the. Room had a fridge and microwave. However the staff is average.while I stayed here it was during a very bad storm and the power went out. I could understand given the weather, however come to find not ALL rooms lost power. I think the hotel should have moved guests based on the situation. I had to demand to be moved to another room. Although this room had power it did not have hot water or heat for hours. But the price was right. I understand a lot of places lost power but I could not believe the lack of common courtesy.

I was not pleased with overall appearance nor w/ the amenities. Two lights were out, the remote control did not work, and the shower drain did not drain properly when water was turned on. When the shower head ran the drain could keep up with it. Overall, I was not please with my stay.

The room was nice (older). The air conditioner was LOUD. Vending and ICE machines that worked were hard to find. Breakfast was limited and weak.

The location was not very accessable. The staff at the front desk really need some customer srvice training because they were not friendly and they were very short when it came to answering your questions. The hotel also needs some work because it is not in the best shape.

Trip Type: Family Review 8 of 37Very basic.
Various specific hotels in this chain seem to vary in quality. One might be nice in a small town, but another might be more dingy. I think this one is a little lower on the scale. The beds were uncomfortable, and the toilet had trouble completely flushing. WiFi was not available in the room I stayed in, however, it was accessible down by the front desk. The continental breakfast was so-so. I've been at other hotels in this chain where the items available were much better, with a better selection.

The pool was in need of some serious "HELP!" Soda machines were empty from Tues- Friday. Thursday our room was half done(one bed was made, dirty towel left on the floor). Thr free breakfast was GREAT!

front desk staff was rude. housekeeping came into the room while we still sleeping, did not came late to clean the room, we spent two days without room service or towels. called front desk several times no one answer, then they sent a technician to fix the phone while we were trying to get clean towels.the room was ok on the first day. Noisy kids running on the hallway early in the morning.

Trip Type: Business Review 13 of 37Nice if you like to have your windown accessible for all to see
It is like a motel. The front desk is under staff but are very courteous and will help you with anything. The included breakfast is simple and perfect. The pool is clean. The room was clean and convenient. There is a safe that you have to pay for. The refrigerator is a good size. Overall it was perfect for a stay where you just go and rest at.

I was disappointed that it was so near all the highways and continuous noise. But we only stayed one short night and the hotel was good for our budget.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 15 of 37Acceptable as long as you do not expect any services or courtesy
We booked a twin double-bed room for 4 (two adults and 2 teens), paying the extra person fee for 2. Nevertheless, only two sets of towels were provided, and I had to come down and personally retrieve additional towels from their "employee-only" linen room. Well... I know I should not expect any "services" from places like Days Inn these days, and this proves the point. In addition, you cannot walk out from their (very meager) continental breakfast room with any food in your hand -- laughable restrictions indeed!
