Got what I paid for.

Location to the event was great.I would not recommend for family stay. Neighbors were ok but left beer cans outside their room.Bathroom not well kept. Coffee pot was not clean but hotel did provide new one as soon as I brought it to their attention. Again we got what we paid for, a one and a half star hotel.

Ok for the price

Neighborhood is not very good. My stay was ok for the fact that I was on a budget and couldn't spend much. The hotel is across the street from a water park, about 15-20 away from the caverns, and five mins from the riverwalk. One thing that they could improve is having a fridge,microwave, and fix the ice machine!!

Need Improvement

Most terrible, I would not go again. There is no water force in Wash basin. No room service.

I was not pleased with my hotel for a few reasons: 1. The initial King bed room's bathroom had a hole in the ceiling that dripped water when those upstairs used the shower. 2. the Hotel staff wasn't immediately helpful in finding other accomodations 3. Generally low quailty rooms, beds, breakfast, cable, and internet. I was not too worried about staying in a cheap hotel as long as I could be close to the attractions and places I wanted to visit. This room made it more unpleasant than I would have preferred. If you want to save money with disregard for any quality this is a perfect place for you. Personally, next time I will spend the extra money for the extra comfort and quality.

reserved wrong room

I have 2 kids and the wife. We requested 2 beds..We got 1 king size bed so i got stuck sleeping on the floor..They would not even entertain my complaint and basically said oh well. I will never again stay at a super 8.

Not satisfied

Did not like the activities taking place late at night. Was not aware that mini fridge and microwave were to be requested before your stay that was not what was posted when i booked the room. The front desk people were not helpfull.There was not enough parking and the pool was freezing cold.

Honestly, saving money is not worth this

When we got to the hotel, we were exhausted from a long day at Sea World and the Riverwalk... there was a lot of construction, the front desk person (who turned out to be the manager) was rude and snippy with us... we got to the room, and it looked ok, so we went to sleep. I woke up at 4:45 in the morning in the worst pain of my life. And the room was burning up hot because the air conditioner had frozen up! The bed had killed my back, so I went to take a shower since there wasn't much else I could do. The shower tiles were falling off the wall and the shower curtain was severely mildewed. It stunk so bad I couldn't finish my shower. I was so disappointed by my experience. I will never go back there, and I hope you don't either.

The bed comforter had a big stain on it. it was pretty nasty. the staff was quick to replace it but the fact that it was on the bed was too bad for me. there was construction going on at the office and painting on the floors so some of it was taped off. overall room was pretty bad. went back to room next day around 1:30 and it still wasn't cleaned. three day stay turned into half a day. do not recommend.

Needs Improvement

Nothing to eat close by,shower/tub was dirty no ,microwave or refrig. Location: really nothing around, just expressway.But for the money and just a place to sleep what can I really say.

Old and neglected

Old hotel that needs a lot of work. Carpet in the room was stained bed was lumpy and the neighborhood was not very friendly. It was the smallest continental breakfast I think I've ever was.

Only okay

Hotel location is not great. House keeping didn't supply more towels on second day of stay. Room was nice, but cramped. Was much too expensive for waht I got. Also, not enough parking spaces at hotel

Needs Improvement

Hotels does not look like the picture. It is much more run down looking. The parking lot needs to be resurfaced as it has many patches and lots of loose asfault and gravel. My bathtub had pealing paint on it and the bathtub fixtures were old and gray with calcium deposits. My wife told my kids not to take their shoes off when going into the bathroom. This is always a bads sign. My little girls first words when we drove up was: "Is this the hotel? This hotel is ugly." That prety much sums up the hotel.
