Great view for the price

The ocean view was outstanding. The condo is a bit dated: old appliances and tired furniture. There is no AC or maid service. Noise level from adjoining units is high. Overall, a good value however.

Great Location

The Marc Resort sits above one of the best beaches on Kauai. While the hike to and from the hotel to that beach is mildly challenging, it is worth it. While it is a short drive to the better restaurants in the area, that is a trivial problem.

Great Location

We stayed in two different areas of Kauai... Princeville and Hanalei was our favorite by far. the location is great but you still have to drive to the beach because you are on a cliff... but it is beautiful and there was a grassy area for the kids to play. I loved these condos.

Outstanding Room For The Money

I recently stayed at the Marc Resorts ocean view condo for Christmas and I was absolutely amazed at what I got for the price. The view was amazing and it was a very nice condo. I highly recommend this to anyone.

Absoulutly an Outstanding Hotel

The Marc Resort sits in a beautiful area of Kauai. The grounds are quite possibly the most impressive resort foreground I'v seen. The private beach is outstanding, however the walk to it is very steep, and is not for someone that does not walk well. The path is well kept and has benches to rest but I wouldn't take my Mother or Father down it. The condo we stayed in had two bedrooms, queen downstairs, a double bed with two twin beds flanking it on either side Upstairs.Each bedroom had it's own master bathroom, the one downstairs had a washer & dryer in it. For the money we paid we could not have been more pleased. We had a garden view and each morning the birds were a treat to watch and listen to. And the two Ladies than ran the office were very helpful and very nice to deal with, Mahalo.
