Trip Type: Special Event Review 2 of 17Uncomfortable Sleep Number Bed
I rated everything about this hotel at satisfactory to very satisfactory, with the exception of the sleep number bed. Even though everything else was terrific, getting a good night's sleep is important to me. The sleep number bed is nothing more than an air mattress, and the one we had lost air through night. I started out at number 50, by morning I was at 5, meaning the mattress lost air through night. I did not sleep well; I tossed and turned all night. That made my 6 hour drive home the next day very difficult. I did report this to the front desk, and the clerk made a note of it, but offered no apology.

For the price, this hotel was well below par. Sleep number bed didnt work. Have you slept on one that was deflated? I got in late and had to get up early so I was all ready changed for bed when I realized that it didn't work. Also in the morning when I was getting ready to take a shower, I realized that there was a dirty towel from the previous guest hanging from the shower rod.....gross. The breakfast buffet was ok, but they were swamped and only had one host doing everything from seating people to bussing tables. It was not a pleasant experience. The only upside of this hotel is that is is close to the airport, however I am sure there are other places that would have been better.

Trip Type: Business Review 6 of 17OK for the Money
Strange A/C in the rooms, having changed rooms as the first had a wall mounted thermostat which said it was set to 72 and was 87. Next room was the same however the controls to the A/C were manual. Had a good night sleep, they have the sleep number beds which take some getting used to

We requested a non-smoking room and Radisson told us there were none available. The room smelled bad and there was a light out at the entrance of our room. The paint was peeling on the back of the bathroom door. I will never recommend the Radisson to anyone. I cannot believe that we paid so much for that kind of service.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 8 of 17One does not have any guarantees of requests!!!
I asked for a non-smoking room when I registerd online and was assigned a smoking floor and room. The stench from the smoke and chemicals in the hallway was oppressive. Luckily I was able to open the window in my room, though. I also had telephoned the hotel three times prior to my visit to ask for a room near the elevator as I am on crutches just now. That was totally ignored. I did complain as I checked out and was offered a free breakfast, that did not spare me my extra time hobbling to my room...

The front desk person at night was extremely nasty. On Saturday night my family was locked out of our room which was prepaid and when I went to ask about it I got" well I must be mad at you today" My credit card was pre charged for the room for three days and when my son checked in his credit card was also charged and as of this date the second charge has not been removed. I don't think that I will be using your service or staying at a Radison anytime in the future

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 13 of 17Can't trust front desk
We only stayed to catch an early flight out. Therefore, no "free" breakfast was available...told by knowledgable desk manager that there was a flat fee of $16 for cab fare to airport...booked a cab since their "free" shuttle doesn't run for early flights. The cab came and went because the hotel gave them the wrong room number. Morning desk clerk gave us a bunch of hogwash excuses. At least when the cab returned, he was AWESOME and the fare was less than $7. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time to make up for their errors.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 14 of 17Good room with poor customer service
Hotel has free shuttle to airport, but was unaware of the daily fee for leaving your car at the hotel.
