Parking is not free

I travel a lot and having to pay for parking when you stay here is sort of like holding you prisoner. There is no where else to park you cannot park on the street so why it this not included with your room so you know what your price really is for your stay here.

they never change their breakfast and not many choices.The worst thing is they charge everything toll free call and even reserve taxi.

Just okay

I wish someone had told me that this hotel charges a significant daily rate to park in its lot- a fee not included in the price and an unfortunate surprise upon arrival. It made the room rate I got through hotels.com not such a great deal after all. In addition, the surrounding neighborhood is unsettling to say the least. The hotel is ok, but its hardly the bargain advertised on this site.

Rather rude and unhelpful front desk, and more then one shift. Breakfast was good.

I dont recommend this hotel, they didnt have the room we reserved several weeks prior, their front desk clerk was no help and had poor customer service skils. no one was willling to help. Worst experience we ever had staying at a hotel. we will never stay at a ramada hotel again.

Needs Improvement

This hotel is old and there's a smell when you enter the second floor and the room. The carpet is dirty. The air con is noisy. There was a crack in the bathroom sink. There's no room service and you have to pay a $15.00 parking fee plus tax.

Not Worth It

My recent stay at this hotel was definitely not worth it. My room had a very musty, stale smell. The carpets were stained, the windows were dirty, the bathroom tile grout was moldy in the corners and the room size was much smaller than what a double room should be. Also, the person at the front desk did not even look up when I asked for the location of a house phone, they just pointed a finger, how rude! The neighborhood was somewhat rundown and even scary. I was not informed about the daily parking fee and find this fee to be ridiculous. However, the daily breakfast was very good and worth it and the staff of this restaurant deserve praise for the cleanliness and their politeness.

This place is a DUMP!

The bathroom is moldy, the carpet is so gross I needed slippers. The staff is rude- trying to get someting from them is a joke and I'm talking about things that are supposed to be in the room!
