Trip Type: Family Review 5 of 31Need to clean better
Our 11month old daughter found a low dose aspirin by the bed...not ours...on the 1st day, so we were not happy. I called the front desk and they send a person to vacuum again but I was still uneasy and felt the overall cleanliness was horrible...our daughters feet were also black on the tops when we let her crawl on the floor in the room.

The hotel is sorely out of date. Old furnishings, old style, etc. Mattress was very uncomfortable. New refrigerator didn't work that well. I've been staying at this hotel for years because it is convenient to visit family. Nothing has changed at all.

This hotel is so loud. You can hear the next door neighbors go to the bathroom. Plus I had to call 17 times to complain about the party going on in the room next to me and nothing was done. Poor customer service and the rooms are so ware and gross. Not a recommendation

too old. I think it is time for them to upgrate a few things in the hotel such as changing the carpets in the hallways. The door to the parking was broken and anyone could enter the hotel from the back. Talk about security. You have to pay for the parking and internet service so your stay will be well over 100 dollars a night!!!!! which I think is not worth the hotel at all. THe pillows were too hard and gave us neck ake the next morning. The pool was too noisy and the first night thay had live music till 11:00 pm. so if you are an early bird and go to bed early you will not have peace in this hotel. We had so many options and regret we selected this hotel for our stay. This is not a three star hotel at all. I would give it a maximum of 2 starts........... I howerver, should add that the breakfast was good.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 12 of 31Uncomfortable and Bad Service
The remote to the TV didn't work. The staff told my husband that they didn't have a remote that works for that TV. I ordered room service and my $20 cheese burger that I waited 30 minutes for didn't even have cheese. The blanket on the bed was this really light peice of fluff. I called the front desk to see if they would bring me another blanket because I couldn't sleep. They said, "We will bring one if we can." I said, "Could you call me back and let me know if you are not going to come so that I don't stay up waiting for you?" I ended up falling alseep with my tip in my hand. They never showed up or called. I understand the the hotel is old, but you can literally hear every elevator ride, every toilet flush, every noise. Several of our electrical outlets did not work either. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. THE FRONT DESK STAFF IS SO RUDE. Anna the bartender was however very nice and cool. The hotel was also very conveniently located.

Trip Type: Family Review 15 of 31Hotel needs work
The staff was not that friendly. We got our room & noticed a noise, maintenance was drilling upstairs & it smelled. We opened the door to our room & the balcony was not enclosed as others were. The doors slammed shut, ot closed gently. Considering we had a 1st floor room I did not feel safe. The rooms were pure ordinary. The internet access did not work for 3 days due to work being done to the place. The only good thing about this place was the pool. I would not go back!

We sincerely apologize for your unpleasant visit. We try to provide a wonderful stay for all our guests. Unfortunately to provide that, we occasionally have to do some upgrades to the hotel. When you were with us we were finishing up with upgrading our locks. We try to minimize the impact to our guests as much as possible. Again sorry for the inconvenience and hopefully you will try us again.
