A Victory Inn & Suites Phoenix North

Nice Room, but loud.

Room appeared to be newly remodel, except for the bed. TV channel were extremely limited. Outside noise was loud all night. Great location to various last minuted shopping places. Not bad for a single guy looking for a place to sleep over night.

Cheap hotel....

The hotel itself was cheap and had a great breakfast. However, the bed was not comfortable and after seeing a hooker with her bedroom door wide open next to us waiting for her next "guest" the rest of the stay was ruined. The hotel is also very far from everything.

Doors are hard to close.

Several front doors on our floor, including ours would not shut unless you Slam the door closed. How annoying.

Just a stopover for the night so wasn't looking for much and that's what we got. Rooms were very small.

HORRIBLE

The front desk was rude. The ironing board was broke. But having the front desk be rude ruined the whole thing for me. If someone is from out of town and they ask a question about the surroundings we should not be made to feel like we are a pest for asking about your surroundings of your area. I am from Columbus, Ohio and it was my first time on west coast and phoenix was not what was up at the comfort inn!!!!!!!!!

Bugs and bad service

Recently stayed and checked out early from the Comfort inn. Complained on two occasions about bugs in the room only to have the response "that a lot of people complain about that". I had bugs in my luggage, bug bites on my legs. Gross. The management was unhelpful at best. Will not stay there again!

Needs Improvement

The room was too small for the amount of people we had (four) they over crowded the room with two double beds, table, refrigerator, night stand, chair, etc. The bathroom was too small including the vanity area the room was old and in need of painting and overall maintenance. We requested a smoking room but we got a room that smelled like an old bar. The hotel day time desk clerk was very rude and sarcastic when we asked for information. We were not happy with this hotel at all we have stayed at others for the same or lesser price and they were much nicer.

Needs Improvement...

Dirty flooring...looked like blood stains on carpet. Bathroom and sheets were clean, thank goodness! The air conditioning unit did not work. We were put in a smoking room (we asked for non), and with the weather in Phoenix and no air it was pretty uncomfortable.

Carpet very dirty, got my socks black!! No remote in room, had to ask for one. Coffee maker in room didn't work.
