Not what I hoped for

The Royal Executive Inn didn't quite meet my expectations. My room was on the ground floor, just a few doors down from the lobby area. This contributed to a higher than hoped for level of noise into later hours. I found the bed uncomfortable - the pillows were the single piece of foam type. Overall I just thought the hotel gave off a very low-rent feel.

Bad Experience

With this being the first time to Canada our experince was awful!!!We booked our room in Feb 2007 for 3 people, when we arrived our room had 1 bed and a roll out,we had 1 set of towels,coffee for only 2,we paid extra money for the room for three. I called down to the front desk and asked for diffrent room arrangements and was told NO!!!rudely!!I was not told we would have only 1 bed and a roll out!! I was so disappointed in the way we were treated needless to say the other 2 were shocked of our arrangements
