Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 45Listed as 3 1/2 stars but actually 2 stars at the most.
From the get go valet parking is $17.00 At check in the lobby looks nice, The gal that checked us in was pleasant. When we walked in our room we were dumbfounded at the sight of it. This was no three and a half star room, maybe 2 at the most. The "balcony" is about one foot deep and a few feet wide, definitely no room to walk out on to it. We had to call for a coffee pot and sugar packets but only received the coffee pot. The pool was not in operation, one thing we looked for in our booking. We felt we were had, ripped off, and grossly over charged. One thing for certain is we now know where we won't be staying next time.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 2 of 45Very Motel 6'ish
Our non smoking room smelled like a tobacco factory. After gettin a new room, we left for dinner. Pros: Location Cons: Rundown Old No flat screen TV's We didn't use any of the onsite amenities, so I can't comment. What sucked me into booking here was location and price. I guess I learned my lesson.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 3 of 45Dirty elevators and halls.
This hotel is a 2.5 star not 3.5. The room was clean and looked fairly new but the bed was sub par and the bed spred very old school( cheap polyester ). We had a message from the frony desk that said we were checking out a day earlier than our reservation stated. A street person was allowed to use the restroom on the second floor by the front desk and got in the elevator with my husband and myself. If I was a woman traveling alone I would have been very frightened. Halls and elevators filthy.

Trip Type: Business Review 4 of 45Needs Improvements
This hotel needs some improvements. I did not like being charged for usage of the internet. I get free internet service in inexpensive hotels! They also charge too much for movies viewed in the room. The bottom sheets were short and did not fit the bed. By morning they were bunched up beneath me. The spreads had tears in them. The room was so noisy from local traffic that you had to be exhausted to sleep. They need to use double pain windows and sliders to deaden the noise and keep a more moderate temperature in the room. Next time I have a conference in Seattle I will look for another option.

Trip Type: Business Review 5 of 45OK, but a bit dingy and dated
The Warwick was a decent deal, decent location, decent cleanliness. But it smelled like 30-year-old cigarette smoke in my room and the couch scared me a little bit. Just a bit shabby; not awful.

The lobby is nice. The room not so much. Very out dated...carpet had not been vacuumed well. Grout in bathroom was nasty! Needs an update!

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 10 of 45Dirty...not well kept
The room was entirely not what is shown in the pictures. The bed was not comfortable and the views really aren't that great. Then there is the indoor pool. It looks like it has not been cleaned in ages. To begin with it is tiny, not anywhere as impressive as shown on any of the websites. It is also dirty, the waters is almost green. And you can seem dirt build up on the walls and floor of the pool. Pretty disgusting.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 11 of 45Needs big time improvement
Well we stayed 2 nights here. The bathroom was not very clean. You could see the soap scum all aver the floor, the bathroom counter tops ,and the shower...indication that those areas were not washed but only moped. Not to mention about the curtains in the room that were all stained. We stayed in many hotels before but for a long time now we did not seen the cheep bed sheets, not to mention the pillows... This hotel is good only if you need to stay overnight,or a good place for less then other hotels in Seattle.

Trip Type: Business Review 12 of 45Warzone near Warwick
The hotel is supposedly international and are known for their great service. The people who work there are great. The building though is outdated and so are the rooms. It's almost like staying in those pay by the hour motels. Unfortunately the hotel is nearby where many homeless like to hang out or dwell. So if you have a family or are going with your significant other I would recommend staying somewhere else. I almost knocked out some transient that came up to me and asked for money and when he did not succeed, he threatened to fight me. I should of given this bum a Texas beat down but I came my senses.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 14 of 45Nice hotel but..
My husband and I stayed at this hotel recently and while it was a very nice hotel, I was disappointed in the parking service. There was a fee to park in their parking garage overnight, plus there were only stairs in the garage, even though there were 7 levels. I've stayed at hotels just as nice for much cheaper and with actual parking service. Will probably not stay at this hotel again.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 15 of 45Just OK for the price.
Our room was not ready upon arrival though it was guaranteed by 3pm. Had to wait until 3:40pm, in the lobby, no one even offered a drink or anything. Room was nice, very quiet and clean.
