Trip Type: Business Review 1 of 4Disappointment
The Red Roof Inn near the convention center in Orlando, FL. was NOT what we had expected. It is ONLY a place to sleep and to take a bath/shower. There are no frills--NO in-room coffee maker, microwave oven, refrigerator, hair dryer, ironing board, iron or free Wifi. To be sure, there was no breakfast.

The location is great, close to Sea World and Universal Studios. But the room was extremely dirty, especially the bathroom. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and inside the bathtub, very gross! It could have been a lot cleaner!!

Great location and price, for the location. The room smelled a bit of mildew upon entering, and the toilet ran all night. In the morning when exiting the shower, one towel stunk of mildew horribly (dropped it immeadiately). The other was not great, but better then no towel. The toilet ran all night and in the morning when dressing there were high pitched noises (like a balloon losing air through a stretched valve) coming randomly from somewhere in the bath area. Would not have been possible to sleep past 7:00 am.

Our stay at this hotel was nice, the room was decorated nicely and the tv channels we got were the best we've ever gotten. The location was a little farther from the hot spots on I-drive so it could be good or bad depending on what you would like to do. The hotel is right by the cnvention center which can be very convieniant. The room was kind of small since we had 3 people total for it'd be great for 1 or 2 people. There was no restaraunt or room service however there were close by restaraunts and a grocery store directly across the street. Overall our stay was nice, I would not stay here again simply because we had to drive everywhere we wanted to go to rather than just being able to walk around and do fun things.
